  1. Yeah, that's true. It would have look so good though, with less than 30-35%.
  2. I would agree with Edi. I will be going for 35% too. I got checked on tint already once on RBT and it's not worth to go to the pit just for the tint.
  3. Hi Dave, Yeah, I think I spotted you like twice before. Dualis is ok, for a city driving as a daily. I wouldn't recommend an offroad duty as it has a small engine.
  4. . I really want to, Joel. But the feeling of scrapping everytime I take the car out from my own garage won't be a good one. Plus, I want to stop spending on it. If not, it will never ever end if you know what I mean. In all truth, I already love the way the V35 looks in stock. So no matter what's been done to it (Most bodykits, rims, etc.), I still like it. You should really go for it, if you can. It will look really good.
  5. Hi Ben, If you were in Perth, that would have been great. I am looking around a full set for my Dualis, but most of them have pretty aggressive offsets for the car. If I decide on it before they get sold, would you be interested in posting it to Perth, WA? Thanks.
  6. . That should get rid of the scrapping factor. Photos of Grrrr - http://www.skylinesa...o6/page__st__40 Chargespeed is my favourite front bar too. I decided against it (For now) because I've got 19 inch wheels. Even with my Veilside front bar at stock ride height now, I just clear my own driveway. Until I buy another house with flat/smooth driveway, I guess the car will be staying as it is.
  7. Hi Andrew, have you decided on what kit you are going for? Car looks great, stockish but tasteful. Nice. I only know 3 V35 coupes with Chargespeed front in Australia, _L8RSXY_, Grrrr and a member who bought a genuine Chargespeed demo car from Japan. Just one thing you have to bear in mind is that, with Chargespeed front being so low, either you have to get 20 inch rims or stay on stock ride height if you don't want to scrape all the time.
  8. Seriously?? The dumbest driver of the century goes to him then.
  9. Putting a roof overlay on a car with a sun roof is also possible. Just abit more harder and more work to it. I saw a link somewhere before. If I find it back, I can post it up.
  10. Thanks, Rowan. FYI, I think you've been watching too much "Fast and Furious". Smart! Oh well, for the mean time, I still have my points in full.
  11. I do agree with Tony. Because R33's roof panel blended into the front and rear fenders, like Silvia's, it's harder. 350Z's and V35's have seperate roof panels so it's alot easier. I do like them. I already got non-carbon black roof overlay for my V35 and might be putting it on soon.

  13. Jeez, that's quick. Well, I will be checking my mail box then.
  14. Oh f***. I hope I will have to wait and see. I am pretty sure I was only doing 65-67km/h in 60 zone. Anybody know how many days do that fine take to get home through post?
  15. You should, if you want to claim the modification costs back when the worst possible thing happen to your car. I am not sure if different insurers have different ways to insuring the modified cars. I am with HBF. When I called them up 2 years ago about insuring my bodykit, etc, they said I can insure up to about AU$8500 (Which is about 25% of the total agreed insured value of my car.). So looks like I will be changing the insurer when I past AU$8500 mark in modifications, if my policy stays unchange.
  16. Did you get caught by a hand-held or stand-alone one? I nearly got done as well. I took my V35 out on Tuesday evening. On Albany Hwy near Cannington area, I was on the right lane doing abit over 60km/h (Maybe 65-67km/h) in 60 zone. A Falcon ute drove past me on the left lane. After about 10 seconds, there was the white camera van parked on the side of the road (The one with the camera inside the car pointing from the back). I didn't see the flash. If it did, it would surely have flashed at the Falcon first.
  17. Ok. I will remind him for you. I do know he was away for a trip somewhere during this easter break.
  18. Spotted "Pulp" on Morley Dr turning onto Dianella Dr in Nollamara area (WA) at 7:40pm on Sunday (24-04-11). I was in my Dualis on Dianella Dr traffic light.
  19. Hi Kevin, Thanks for the add. Please come say hi when you see me again.
  20. 20 inch definitely needs a drop. You don't need to go all out lowing it unless it's not your daily car. Just 25mm-30mm mild drop should be ok.
