  1. Really Mark? I didn't about the Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2010. Can you drive that V35 or not?
  2. Matches as in under 35%?
  3. Hi mate, Would you know what offset you getting? It's depends on the offset. Mine is 19x8.5 +5 at front and I don't need spacers as they sit very flush. I will need to roll the guards if I put spacers on and lower it. One of my friend, xtc, had spacers on his 19 inch rims before he has 20 inch Volk GT-C. I don't know his 19 inch rims spec though. Basically, 19x8.5 with low and negative offsets wouldn't need spacers, but higher offsets do if you want the rims to sit flush to the guards. Good luck.
  4. Haha, that was a abit embarrassing for the officer.
  5. Hi mate, congrats on your purchase. Which state are you from?
  6. Thanks Rowan. Those 19 inch Oltega VIP stylez rims (Front 19x9 +8, rear 19x10 +0) with rash on all 4 rims, faded centre caps and stuffed tires really worth $2650? That seems pretty expensive for me. They do look good by the way.
  7. Yeah, Steve. I remember you telling me about this. When that lady officer checked my ride height, I remember you straight away. When she told me to wind up my window to see the tint (No tint), I felt lucky because I was going to go really dark before. Glad I haven't done these things.
  8. Yeah, Steve. I remember you telling me about this. When that lady officer checked my ride height, I remember you straight away. When she told me to wind up my window to see the tint (No tint), I felt lucky because I was going to go really dark before. Glad I haven't done these things.
  9. Yeah, Steve. I remember you telling me about this. When that lady officer checked my ride height, I remember you straight away. When she told me to wind up my window to see the tint (No tint), I felt lucky because I was going to go really dark before. Glad I haven't done these things.
  10. Haha, yeah. You being the only car going in the queue must have turn more than 1 set of eyes. For me, V-series are still rare cars to be seen on the road for authorities (like RX7, GTO, etc.), so sometimes that make them guess what this car is in front of them. But once they see the Nissan badge...
  11. Hi everyone, I just want everyone to share their experiences with how the authorities see the V-series as it is becoming more popular among imports. My number 1 experience: (2-12-10) I went through a booze bus at night and was first on the queue. Lady officer looked at the head lights (stock), my rims (aftermarket) and ride height (stock), my rear privacy glass (stock), and told me to wind up my window abit to see the tint (no tint). After all that, it was fine. She was nice.
  12. Sedans are great for daily driving, but coupes are sporty. I have only been in a R32 GTR and I loved it...very JDM, fast, etc.
  13. Looks like you are after performance mods. 1. Cat-back exhaust 2. Pod-filter or K&N panel filer 3. Motordyne plenum spacers 4. Grounding kit 5. Light wieight rims with semi-slick tires 6. Aftermarket suspension (Lowered) 7. Aftermarket brakes These should see you get extra 10-20rwkw. If not satisfied, turbocharge or supercharge is the go.
  14. Sorry to hear about your car, mate. At least you are safe and, god forbid, not end up on Today Tonight program showing half-cutted Commodore and crumpled Skyline on the side of the road (We all know how the news is going to turn up right?). Anyhow, I would recommend as Joe_89. If you are not too attached to your R33, it would be better to get another car if the damage is very bad. Good luck, mate.
  15. Hi Olly, The cruise is looking great. Would you know how many runs/stops we will have?
  16. Thanks for the link, Chris. I think full car vinyl wrap would cost a fortune though. Nevertheless, it will look very stealth and tough.
  17. Hi mate, To be honest, I am not too sure. I thought all stock wheels come in +0 offsets, but I will check with the dealers on this as I can't find any info online. Thanks for the link too.
  18. Looks very good, mate. Black rims gives tough looks for me.
  19. Thanks Alvin. Yeah, I would prefer gloss black or matte black over carbon look as I think it would look too obvious on white coupe.
  20. Thanks Steve. Yeah, I think I will. Because one of his work mate I met there also do overlays. I remember his username is DRIFTT on SAU. I pm him already last night and I am waiting for his reply on colour choices, quality, price, etc.
  21. Hi Mark, thanks. Yeah. Something like that, but without black hood. Should be nice.
  22. Thanks Alex. Yeah, I am also thinking gloss black because it looks like a tempered-glass top and will look nice with dark tint. But first, I might have to compare the colours outside. I know a person in Perth whom I met before that he does overlays. He is on SAU but I forgot his username.
  23. Hi everyone, I am thinking of having my V35 coupe roof overlaid in the future. My choices are matt black, gloss black, satin black or carbon look. 1. What's the best look for you in those colours? Mine is a pearl white coupe, and I don't know the differences between them. 2. I have heard that good quality ones last like 5 years outdoor and 10 years indoor. Is that correct? 3. How much would it roughly cost? Also, I am in Perth, so if anyone knows a place or person in Perth, that would be great. 4. Let's say I decide to take it back off at one stage, would it damage the paint? 5. Do you personally like it? Any thoughts and experiences are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
