  1. inark: You could say the same thing about your first night in prison... I have only been in two cars being drifted at Morwell and one felt like an accident in progress, the other I could have slept, he was so smooth.
  2. Yes... that is right. It all depends how smart the computer is If it is 8.5 vs 9.0 inch and he is using 245/40R18's and lets just assume that 8.5" gives you a perfectly straight sidewall you would have a total diameter of 653.2mm So if we stick them on 9" wheels (6.35mm wide each side) and assume (there is that word again) that the sidewalls are 100% stiff and retain their 98mm length then the according to Mr Pythagoras new effective height would be 97.98mm which is probably something I have stuffed up... So the difference would be 0.04mm on the total diameter.
  3. Ummm because they weigh the most... look it up anywhere. p.s. I would go the BNR32 over the S15
  4. Oh no, I like V8's AND F1, I am a homosexual fag! I always knew I was different
  5. Leewah confused all the ns.com people with logic... It happens. Just write something about Petette and you will get some traffic
  6. :spamcan: Oh my, what a shameless plug... Next batch of stickers/shirts are being done as we speak (I hope)
  7. Hahahaah Big Wig and Test Drive II, I think we had the same childhood Roy... Drifting has it's benefits, it rids the world of S13's which can only be a good thing. Also it is environmentally sound, it takes the tyres that we waste and uses the rest of the rubber. But yes, the main bad thing about drift is the Punch Koala™!
  8. Is this just a stepping stone for JV into Ferrari????
  9. http://f1.racing-live.com/en/headlines/new...915143003.shtml Sauber it is!
  10. There is no law against putting the same size tyres on those rims. 245's will be happy on both those widths. Commodores have 235's on 8" rims stock BNR34s run 245/40R18 on 9" wide wheels. It is all good dude! Trivia:... 911 turbos use different diameter front and rear tyres to preload the viscous coupling that transfers torque front to rear.
  11. vtml = Vincent with a black ITR
  12. Hmmm Villeneuve... Sort of like getting Kochinski in your MotoGP team. He is fast but will probably piss everyone off. What is next!? Damon Hill to partner Webber! Have they sorted out Button yet?
  13. Yes, series 2 got passenger airbag and a different steering wheel. But still blue highlights.
  14. Look at your seat's highlights... if they are pink then you are series 3. There are other things, but that is the simplest.
  15. GOR33: No leak that I can tell, it has just squished a few fins and the bottom plate it hasn't actually damaged the tubes the air goes through. FR33ZE: Nope, that is working as a lift pump to the surge tank, sorry dude.
  16. They just threw in a little wedge...
  17. Ah yep... got ya!
  18. CV (cheval-vapeur) is french horspower dude PS = Pferdestärke (Horse Strength German) which is Metric Horsepower(probably where you got the French bit from). Sometimes referred to as Power Stroke. 1 PS = 0.735kW 1 hp = 0.746kW
  19. A car like Denham's has Enough Power™ so in a case like his the hotter fuel simply offers better protection to detonation, old fuel, weird load conditions, boost spikes, heat, blah, blah... If you tune the engine to make the most of the better fuel then you are back to square one as far as "headroom" goes. If you are chasing more power then it is all good though.
  20. Hmmm... seems silly to put a safety margin in with the fuel, then take it back out with the ignition. ...and that is my 2¢/litre
  21. Just dump in some toluene, there are no rules regarding fuel for these events so it is just cheap insurance. Anyone who thinks it is "cheating" should be presented with your balls so they can suck upon them.
  22. The 959... Germany's GT-R I remember playing Test Drive II on my Amiga for hours.... ahhh the memories! Imagine the sound of that Murcialago pulling out of the pits... I guess this answers my question as to whether you can take Eau Rouge "flat" in a BNR34. Not that I thought you would have been able to anyway.
  23. WOW! *Free bump*
  24. I have wondered this too...
