  1. I was thinking that the R35 rear drive shafts are 6-bolt, but spaced out like the 5-bolt ones of before rather than the 3-pairs of bolts that people refer to as the 6-bolt now. Now when people start using those drive shafts in other cars, what will they refer to them as. 6-bolt? That would be confusing... All they had was gouda
  2. 1 hour and 49 minutes... (544km) starting at Shibuya station and ending up at Kosaka station. But my 7-11 is a bit further away.
  3. LOL well he will definitely have more than 300km on the clock now if he is at my 7-11
  4. It does... that is why I need brie!
  5. Not for breakfast, I was dreaming of Gorgonzola but it's clearly Brie time ...anyway I am off to the 7-11 to buy cheese. I wonder if I will meet GT-R man again.
  6. Hmmm... maybe Osaka GT-R owners just aren't as friendly. Yeah, like this... they are really thick... they remind me of me actually
  7. HEhe... interesting. I saw a GT-R a my local 7-11 today, it was pretty big in the carpark and the guy bought bread. The 3 slice loaf. I guess he just liked wide things. I tried to give him my business card but he said he had left his business cards in his other pants so he couldn't give me one. Then he drove off and scraped the front spoiler and ran a red light...

    Number Plates

Hehe well unfortunately for readyGO I am 99% sure that numberplate came off a C33 Laurel and not a R33 Skyline. It is still pretty cool though. I still have the plates from my S14 that was crushed. I am pretty sure legally, LOL, I could be wrong.
  10. Do I just login with my Yahoo login?
  11. Agreed, and Best Motoring is more race-o-tainment than a really impartial test of performance. But the laptimes and qualifying are pretty good as a reference. I was disappoint with how the GT3 was held up, it has been my favorite car ever since it came out and I wanted to see how it would do.
  12. Those gearchanges on the Lambo looked savage. The GT-R was the star of that race. The fact a stock, first generation GT-R made a hotted up Lamborghini work that hard for a win is such an awesome result.
  13. EDIT: Sorry, I should have written my original post a little differently V8 Supercars run 370mm rotors under a 17" wheel so I don't think you would really need to go an extra three inches for a 380mm rotor. Whether we like it or not, it is important that 50 cent likes it because what 50 cent likes, America likes. Think about the slogan for the car "NEW NISSAN GT-R: THE 21ST CENTURY SUPERCAR FOR ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME". This includes South Beach, the Sunset Strip AND Laguna Seca. Porsche knows this as well as anyone.22-inch wheels and Automatic transmissions sell the car to 50-cent. Nurburgring laptimes and split second gearshifts sell the car to performance enthusiasts like us. It is marketing genius and the only reason that this car exists at all.
  14. Expect a LOT more of this... baller is the way to go to sell cars these days. The 300C was the first car to sell itself on big diameter wheels, Nissan have just copied a winning idea. Think about what we have. An automatic, big wheel, big power, hitech Mustang with Nissan Handling and build quality. Agreed on the Ferrari look, other people may not, but they probably don't realise that virtually every Ferrari in Japan is white.
  15. I hope you get over whatever reason you have to be so paranoid and aggressive. Persecution comes after provocation. Try to remember that.
  16. I would happily do them all... except for that Thai tranny one in the red outfit.
  17. I dunno why but for some reason it really irritates me when someone calls something mass produced "bespoke"Looks like a fun toy.

    D1 R35

F1 drivers have a couple of little levers... 7 and 15 on this diagram. But F1 steering wheels don't really spin around quite as much as drift car ones so I don't really think the same sort of setup would be appropriate. I would just use some sort of fly-by-wire pedal setup. I think the driver will have enough trouble adaptding to whatever gear shift arrangement they end up using. It would be cooler if they did it in software, but I think that would be a while off. 1. Pit lane speed limiter 2. Differential + 3. Engine push 4. Gear upshift 5. Traction control + 6. I agree... for example, this Mark II Blit would have looked a touch overdone if the owner had added one of those glowing number plates.

    Number Plates

They are talking about the plates in the attached pic. Unfortunately they don't have a very even backlighting. I think one with EL backlightling would look awesome.
  21. I thought that too, but the lip on the RG-R is very square and these have a curved one... like a VS-KF Which makes me think they are VS-XX which makes sense as those are available in 20" and are BBS LM ripoffs that come sooo close but just miss with the face design. http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/products/whee...&Item_id=42 LOL at Germans putting Japanese copies of German wheels on German cars!

    Sold R35v Gtr

I was told very definitely from Nissan that the S15 definitely would not be coming to Australia and that the BNR34 would be! Maybe they just wanted to annoy me.
  24. The N700 can corner faster than the 700 by tilting and also has some new aero parts so it is pretty cool, but the 500 is still the coolest. I think the main thing Cat would have liked is being the same height as everyone
  25. The 500s are faster and I think they look cooler so I always try to catch them.
