  1. just a service. Had no idea when it was last done / ever done by previous owners. Got all the oils cheap too. The GB oil change though has made a difference, although the gb never crunched etc, i did it for the same reason as the diff (wasn't sure when it was last done) The gearbox was getting a bit "whiny" in the first 5mins of driving in the morning - the whining noise is somewhat gone but can still hear it slightly however i noticed the car wasnt as jerky when i was getting on/off the gas. Also the gears just felt more "solid".
  2. my only class i use ak47 with red dot sight spas 12 gauge with grip claymore / flashbang scavenger pro hardline pro commando pro
  3. i did mine last week, took about 3.5L.. cant really overfill it. Same with my diff oil change, just keep pumping until it starts coming out quicker than you can get it in..
  4. yep.. so its like the clutch is grabbing the slightest bit (hence the car stops rolling back) so even with the clutch fully in, its still grabbing the slightest bit.. i dont get any clutch smell, gears dont crunch. The clutch feels quite heavy (same as my old car with a hd clutch in it) will bleed the master/slave over the weekend.
  5. used castrol SAF-XA rear axel diff oil 80w90, took about 1.5L get a hand siphon off ebay its like 10 bucks, it saves soooooooooooooo much time. birds - yep it was coming out quicker than i could pump it in so figured it was full havent really found much difference doing the diff oil - it doesnt shudder as much if anything
  6. black 33 waterworks rd plates were CUR53
  7. silver r33 gtr parked on gregory tce around 3:30pm
  8. stock they run 7psi so shouldn't be in r&r you need to turn the boost up manually via a T-piece or electronic boost controller. Keep in mind stock turbo/ecu wont handle much more than 12psi
  9. white r34 massive cooler plates 83CKS china town car park
  10. tried the heat gun - didnt really work (didnt even bubble the glue)
  11. my mate has something similar, he just got a red white board marker and coloured the needle in..
  12. ive tried the eucalyptus oil (it was in a can so not sure if its the good stuff) will try the rrr and the tea tree oil..
  13. yep fair enough, thats what i've read a few times / heard from a few people. I just go off my greddy gauge. I have noticed that there is a slight difference between readings on the stock and aftermarket one..but its not a massive difference.
  14. mmm this i haven't tried but i've got a heat gun so might try this at home. if that fails ill try this RRR. cheers for the suggestions
  15. im assuming the op is referring to the stock gauge... I've heard mixed opinions that its not always accurate then again some have said the stock gauge is more accurate than aftermarket gauges.
  16. cant remember what the stock gauge measurement is the greddy gauge is in kPa. kPa kilopascals x 0.145 = poundforce per square inch lbf/in2 i think (someone correct me if im wrong)
  17. sits on 4 at start up? my stock gauge + greddy gauge goes up to about 6-7 at start up, then sits around 2-4 once warm enough.
  18. good old street directory has never failed me. have tried thinners etc (my old man is a builder/painter/jack of all trades) he/i was suprised some of his hardcore stuff didnt even get rid of the slightest bit of glue..
  19. in a nutshell, the previous owner must have had his gps stuck to the dash. there is a white sticker / double sided tape / glue residue about the size of a 50cent coin that wont come off. I have tried everything.. orange cleaner (every sort of citrus cleaner) metho even a scraping tool wont take it off any suggestions / advice?
