obviously the good behavior wont do you any favours.. go to court, dress nicely, be polite to the judge, explain your case. There's really not much you can do. Try refrain from mentioning you drive a skyline even though you shouldnt need to. edit: just to note, i know the turn your talking about, its a bit blind when you turn left and usually have backpackers walking across there against the lights..
