  1. no they dont, but they let people know there is a nismo ECU on board
  2. spotted 2 nismo version M35s on epping road around an hour ago. one black the other silver.
  3. melbourne CBD? hahah dude i used to stay there for weeks while i worked on projects down there. loved it. so many hot wog chicks (yes i can say wog). but i found people frendlier in general compared to sydney. however, melbourne clubs are hidden in side streets and alleys. makes them hard to find lol
  4. ive been to melbourne many times. didnt make it to the beach tho managed to make it out to the 12 apostles tho. well, 9.5 now
  5. i went to jamberoo yesterday, girls in bikinis everywhere. even milfs!! gotta go back, it was like a nightclub, except it was day, and some of the girls were wearing more than they would if they were actually clubbing
  6. no shit smart ass lol red? dark? its ok, when i visit your sister, ill see for myself
  7. check grounding all over the car while youre taking bits off and doing stuff
  8. QWK just answered the voltage question. as for grounding the pump, i dont want to give you wrong information, but from memory on the S chassis i took the ground wire from the pump, and connected it directly to the chassis of the car. this took out the 2 speed switching circuit. youve already mentioned a relay, if you hook up the pump directly to the battery with new wiring, youll be laughing. also allows more stable voltages if/when you upgrade the pump. dont use the amp wiring to power the pump. give it its own wire.
  9. hmm i see your reasoning. ok, fair enough! ill try that one when i get my new radiator in ill try it that way. cheers!
  10. no problems i know i grounded my S13 pump to keep it on the high speed all the time. worked well. My S15s were single speed, but benefitted from better grounding!
  11. 22psi? holy shit dude lol what was it on when you took me for a run?
  12. if the sun is on it, i cant see it, but at night its a little too bright, compared to my dash anyway. if it dimmed with the headlights that would be awesome
  13. then all youre doing it running it at the temp its at now, thus making the new cooler null. if its after the stock cooler, the trans fluid still gets up temp quickly due to the radiator loop - and also cooled if required - but also cooled lower than the stock 'setting'. which is the whole idea.
  14. check the ground wire for the fuel pump. might need cleaning im not sure if they use a dual speed pump, if not then anything under 12v is probably not good mate
  15. http://www.hlj.com/product/FUJ03710 discontinued best bet it to google the sh1t out of it and see who might still have stock.
  16. i see one almost every trip! pity mostly im in the fiat so dont bother saying hi lol
  17. i wish i could get it to dim at night time. or when my headlights are on. anyone know that one?
  18. i have a 30cm x 12cm cooler with 1/4 fittings. seems to work fine! im not running the intank trans cooler at the moment. waiting till my new radiator goes in. if you do install one, check fliud levels afterwards as the new cooler will take some of the fluid volume
  19. do you see a blue RS one getting around there? ive seen it as far south as austinmer, or in engadine near the 50 zone.
  20. it means before, the fluid is pumped into the radiator trans loop. its 1/4 auto trans hoses youll need. not cheap, but worth the mods. i plumbed mine behind the LH headlight, there is a blank area in the reo bar that i cut a hole out to get the hoses through.
  21. take one of the hoses off, start engine, does fluid come out? if you put it before, youre cooling the fluid only to heat it again. if you put it after the trans loop, youre cooling.
  22. damn, still sucks that it busted. good to know tho! and glad the shop is fixing it all up for you. how you stand by your product/work is how i define a company.
  23. sounds fairly normal. the throttle is very sensitive. however, its worth it getting additional cooling. run them in series, put the new one AFTER the factory radiator loop.
