+ 1 on changing ALL gaskets while its off. Dont skimp on them, the last thing you want to do it change gaskets 6 months down the track after all this hard work. remember to remove the water and oil lines BEFORE you try to take the turbo and manifold off. many people dont and bend the lines too much and they never go back. if you can stretch the budget, get a set of braided oil and water lines. well worth the money and trouble. when removing the manifold. dont take each nut off one at a time. do them as per the service manual, there will be an order that you should remove the nuts in. this will stop the last nut from getting stuck. if you find its pulling out the stud with the nut, just let it come out, youre not going to break it. you can put in a new stud.

all the M35 models will work AFAIK except for anything that is VQ25DET equipped. we have a rare ECU that is only shared by one or two other cars (not nissans)

I'll be going emanage ultimate on a nismo ecu already have the emanage, just need the nismo lol

If you bought it from a reputable dealer such as Northshore Prestige motors, im sure they would be happy to correct the problem. If you got it privately then you should be able to hear the motors operate the vent control as you press the 'mode' button. check to make sure you see the vent selection moving on the aircon display panel. if you hear no motors move, then it may be something as simple as a plug being loose. if it selects only SOME of the vents, then check the relevant motor. from memory (which is pretty bad) they are located on the passenger side of the centre console, next to the fan/filter box. IM have a few aircon control units from PM and NM models. also entire fan motor assemblies and pretty much everything you could want to replace your aircon

doh sorry youre right, they require your ECU as they dont supply them

they are a remap service, require your ecu (and maybe car also) for this service. service is located in japan

ive already spoken to Mine's. they can remap M35 ECUs, however they cant guarantee to supply one. prices etc have been discussed here: http://www.m35stagea.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=55
