on an RS/RX there are no flared guards, so they will probably sit nicely on it!

you should search on this forum BEFORE making any decisions. that said, when they work they are a fantastic gearbox. I think most of the problems come from mechanics that put in the wrong transmission fluid and cause big problems.

nah they are from some 3rd party that make stickers etc. they are gonna come off and ill change the colours and put the full nismo S-Tune stickering on it. just for fun.... when i get it back from the dealer if anyone sees my car around concord area (or anywhere) in the next 2 weeks. please let me know. i dont trust the dealer one bit

rofl, the fiat does the same thing in non sports mode. that said, i dont think ive ever switched off sports mode. the throttle is WAAAAAY too laggy. i drive the M35 to work today for the first time in a month. damn i love boost

yeah they are a wank, just push the pedal further. it just pretends that you did exactly that. it pretty much just amplifies the signal sent to the ECU from the TPS. waste of money IMO check out the V35 forum, there is/was a big discussion there

i wonder how long it would take to get the ECU from aus to japan and back again after a remap? i hardly drive the M35 these days and it might sit in the garage for a month between drives

if you give it a hard time does it overheat also?? if it doesnt, look into the gauge itself

hmm thats not looking good for my stagea, its almost at 110k and we are heading into summer. but then again i dont drive it much lol BUT, i did drive it all through last summer including those 40+ days and it didnt miss a beat. just kept using a crap load of fuel as per usual

hmm maybe not, the ECU is programmed to not open more than 25% (or whatever it is) below 3000rpm, but it will only know this via the TPS signal going back to the ECU. Its entirely possible the car is programmed for the whole rev range at WOT. i rekon chuck it on and let us know. hook up the TPS etc. the service manual has a section right next to the electronic throttle with a cable operated throttle. so its entirely possible i rekon....... what engine did that come from?

not canned, but i think its going to be more difficult than we first thought. the remap will be the best idea IMO. that said, my mate will need to do something in his time off uni lol so he can play around with ideas i think

its auto. all m35s are auto - not the new PM35s however, but i dont think one has even sold yet! probably thermostat if its pushing out all the coolant into the overflow bottle and boiling it. or you have an air pocket/blockage. as mentioned above, get it looked it. worst case, get a new thermostat from nissan, or a nismo one. there is nothing wrong with the standard radiator, only a handfull of people have had problems with the factory ones. mostly cracking or blowing hoses.

everyone else knows lol brakes on, floor throttle, wait for rear wheels to spin and back off the throttle a little. hold it till the lights go green and when they do, stop braking and floor throttle again yup, not good for gearbox or atessa system. but it scares some people that dont expect it

M35 is quicker than a Mazda 6 MPS to 140. but you have to know how to launch your M35 yes ive tested it, my boss owns an MPS
