    If they used matic D, take it straight back and hope its ok. anyway, as mentioned, doesnt matter what the screen says, it will ALWAYS start off in 1st. the gear shown on the screen is the highest gear it will go into. IMO its pretty pointless as if you floor it in manual mode, it will still kick back

    the top trim above the window line all pops off and on the straight bar below the window has 4 bolts on each side, plus some pop thingos. its not difficult, so dont be worried

    i think youre looking for the word 'inertia' which agrees with the way we mostly have our cars setup, and not the way nissan (and skoda) says. i have paddles so i dont touch the selector now

    actually it looks like an AXIS with an ARX front bar, check bumper colour difference. height and wheels says it probably started life as an AXIS

    remember if you change diffs from a non-M35 VQ25DET model, you WILL need a front diff with the same ratio. or just go RWD

    get one from an ARX or any hicas equipped model - assuming yours is a VQ25DET the ratio is unique, you may be able to put the centre from another diff into your current one, but may not be easy

    if i could find a local supplier that wasnt a rip off ($1200+ for the same part) then id buy here. ill slowly get there with the mods. dont wanna do too much, the car drives so well!

    just priced an exhaust from the UK. Milltek cat-back all stainless. $890 delivered. i assumed euro cars would be more expensive!

    the frequencies out of sydney are different, if you scan again in newcastle, youll get tv again. i had a WD live in mine too. worked fine!

    at this stage im doing nothing. but first on the cards will be ECU remap for some powaz and torkes (fake german spelling) then eventually intake and exhaust, suspension. the brakes are pretty good and fairly large for the weight of the car. one thing thats annoying me is the inability to watch a DVD while driving. the programming file i insalled on the satnav didnt work
