  2. ahh yeah heaters of course. sorry my apologies. anyway my seats can be adjusted even without the key, so could my honda and my mums scooby
  3. nah i want nismo lol i checked and it said 2 hrs. so i made dinner came back like 40 mins later and it was ended!! grrr so im buying the sub instead now. i need some depth to the sound. and if i get a new job ill be spending more time in the car......
  4. f**ken missed it
  5. like literally just then! lol
  6. i only run 98 if i get it mate you can have my emanage if you want? but i bet i wont get it. some jap guy will win it i rekon!
  7. apparently 1.1bar! which is quite big, and im guessing more agressive timing etc for my own piece of mind ill probably chuck it on the dyno before i drive it on the street just to make sure its not pinging its tits off and blow my nice problem-free motor with a working PCV valve - sorry andy
  8. i dont mind the wheels! i rekon its a good look! very nice car mate
  9. relays? dont electric seats have constant power??
  10. ill see how i go for the moment. boost is ECU controlled mate, there is a solanoid that controls the bypass to the actuator. sometimes its good to retain the factory boost control as it can drop off boost levels in the event of detonation. that brass restrictor slows down how quickly the boost comes on, yes it does affect boost a little. on SR20s if you removed it, you got a psi or 2 more and boost came on a lot faster (compared to factory)
  11. detonation can be caused by air that is too hot also as well as lack of fuel. a FMIC will allow me to run more boost which this ECU is already programmed to do!
  12. im betting its remappable too! and yeah i know about the fuel. should be ok once i get an FMIC on it!
  13. ok im taking a leap of faith for that nismo ECU. so assuming i win it, ill be selling the emanage if anyones interested. might chuck it in the FS section soon.........
  14. what size wheels are you running on your car? did you ever have the stock wheels on with these brakes? and if yes, did you use a spacer etc? thanks!
  15. nope it was a gold one from the meet! i took a photo of it........
  16. yeah thats right, but there might be a particular way of doing it... anyway time till tell!
  17. yes it is! forgot to mention i spotted a gold M35 ARX (some sort of 'king' ) while i was going along victoria road yesterday morning....
  18. im sure youll be able to! no piggy back is as good as a remap/fully programmable ecu. lets just hope they CAN remap them
  19. we can only hope
  20. see how its crushed at one end? it wasnt installed properly. notice on the back of the door there are guides, they push the filter UP. so if you just pop it in and close the door, that will crush it. so check yours andy. when you put it in, gently close the door while pushing the filter up so the guides on the door slide inderneath it and it sits in the correct position.
  21. cam scored brownie points. suck up haha
  22. so where is the leak exactly? did you manage to take any pics??
  23. i think the emanage will fry coilpacks not the ecu
  24. there is bound to be a serial number of the device itself. its possible he is attempting to access this for the registration purposes but is having problems doing so without changing the firmware too much. having it stored on a chip he would be limited to size etc....
  25. its pretty easy dude, youll work it out, i think its about 6 screws. no need to remove your ecu, just unplug it and plug in the other one and leave it hanging
