spotted a silver AXIS M35 on the M5 today heading into the city. probably around 8:45ish
then another (maybe the same one) heading south on the M5 around 11am
its the rotator splint!
actually its probably one of those positive or negative ion generator thingos in the AC. or some sort of filter that needs cleaning.
unless you have the right sized drift to get the spider gear off, youll just damage it. there is also a VERY strong circlip holding the gear on.
if you have the tools, do it. if you wreck it and need another shaft. PM me.
its not as easy as just replacing the boot. you need the remove the spider gear with a drift, then remove the old boot and replace it. put it back together and grease it all up!
any mechanical workshop should be able to do it for you.
the nismo shock/spring combo would probably suit you fine!
they are around those spring rates, however with a wagon you probably want them a little heavier in the rear
there is a bleed point at the bottom of the pump. there is an access hole underneath for the bleed nipple
there is also another one next to where the attesa line bolts to the attesa unit on the back of the transmission, right above the chunk of weights. be VERY careful of the prop shaft if you do it with the engine running
i dont know, i pick it up in 2 hours. give me a few weeks to bed the motor in and ill let you know!
im gonna say no, its very smooth with its gear changes, you barely even notice it at low speed!
