i still rekon a Z33 or V35 box, modded, will fit. Cimas came in AWD also, i bet auto only. but thats another option that MAY have come in manual.

well, maybe there are some write offs. dont want a repair write off, a stat write off will do me as long as the gearbox is intact!

shuddup lol looks like we are looking for 2006+ Ti models in manual. it seems there is a 2.5L turbo diesel 6 speed. any idea what motor that is?? and is it a VQ style?

thats exactly it! please note the airbox in those pics has a blitz panel filter -
but remember - and its been mentioned before - when a tyre is put on a wider or narrower rim than reccommended, the rolling diameter changes. so IMO its best to have it the same all the way around so you dont do damage

go check a V35 engine bay, its the vent guide where that piece i removed from your airbox goes. im considering getting one also. genuine i mean -
geez they dont leave us many options do they? and i bet the gear ratio of the pathfinder box is shit

well, pending avaliability next weekend - and thanks to your diagram - ill install it and get it running (with everything unadjusted) to make sure it works. then it will be a wait for the mods to happen before a drive to melbourne for a tune! thanks for the offer of help, ill post in here so its available to anyone else that might be doing the same thing

actually thats not a bad idea BoostdR! and andy is spot on with replacing the pollen filter. its piss easy, the filter door opens from the left and is a simple clip.

damn that sucks about the smell. i requested a non-smokers car, i told them id refuse it if it smelt of smoke anyway, youll need to use upholstry cleaner on every fabric part of the car. if you have leather seats, have them cleaned, and wipe off every part of the plastic, and change the aircon filter and maybe use compressed air to get some of the smoke/dirt out of the vents. do that bit first so you dont have to re-clean the car
