  1. lol im pretty sure craig has more track experience than probably anyone on here........ id do the dyno video
  2. for the extension for the transmission filler that attaches to the rear of the intake manifold
  3. yup, initial throttle response from standing is better
  4. because (as i mentioned ages ago) the speed is taken from the ABS sensors on the OUTPUT of the rear diff. therefore no matter what ratio the diff is, assuming you dont change your rolling diameter, the speed will always be correct as the speed is measured after all the gearing.
  5. lol at least he didnt kick any of my bolts around on the floor!
  6. lol @ the andy comment all good mate, i didnt help that much. actually i dont think i helped at all!
  7. they are big enough for me next time it will be larger rolling diameter tyres
  8. i have to go up to north shore to collect a part, im happy to look at any car you might be interested in while im there
  9. and i got an LSD diff also greased up ALL the rubber and poly bushes under the car. its quiet as now craig, that creaking you heard was the brakes. they do that when cold. the ass comes out nicely on corners now
  10. un-like lol i has nismo. nothing is better
  11. i wish that was for all 4!!! would look awesome on my car
  12. so just better in general?? thats what happens when a car is 5 year newer. it has newer technology. for its time, the C34 is a fantastic car. its like the whole R23/33/34 S13/14/15 arguments!!
  13. +7 billion for northshore for quality cars as for the mirror rust, i have never seen an M35 with mirror rust, it appears to be an unfortunate problem for C34 owners. M35 owners should watch out for turbo death, but this is not ALL of them. Mine is still going fine at almost 130k on the clock. i guess it comes down to how well it was looked after in japan. phycially sighting the car will determine how well it was treated. budget around the 2-3k for rebuild and installation. probably more depending on the turbo you go for. its a bitch of a job, but not impossible. as mentioned, servicing is cheap and easy. i do oil changed in my driveway with a small ramp. piss easy. a fantastic upgrade is a valve body for the transmission, makes it shift gears more swiftly than the stock programming. rego is simple, insurance MAY be more difficult. id reccomend shannons - assuming you have a garage. if not, then just cars may be your best option. there is an insurance thread with all this information.
  14. no he is right, they dont look like volvos they look like camry station wagons
  15. theres nothing wrong with a standard nissan filter either.
  16. i have one but im going on holidays and wont be able to get it to you for about 2 weeks sorry
  17. i remember reading somwhere that V35s and Z33s suffer from the throttle input sensor malfunction
  18. Congrats on the organisers for a great day, big thanks for your hard work! VERY happy to hear that the roll-over was not stagea related, and that all was well. i saw the ambulance and the fire truck speed past on our way back.
  19. remember there is a throttle position sensor on the pedal and one on the actual throttle itself - actually i think there are 2 on the throttle. if its only when you floor it, its possibly the one attached to the pedal
  20. lol its all on my car, the only orphaned awesome is on route to australia
  21. Cool, ill see you guys there Any M35 owners want me to bring any parts that you may need?
  22. interstate cars may require a local inspection before rego is given.......

  24. did i ever!!! to be honest, the stick lines dont feel all that bad. in fact, they are a little more bitey! thanks for the info on the brake lines. i might call them up!
