  1. and ive just realised you have it plugged in the wrong way. youre basically on maximum boost and will blow things up pretty soon. the bleed valve goes between the vacuum line from the intake piping, down to the wastegate actuator. you have it plumbed into the vacuum waste back into the intake before the turbo.
  2. you may need to leave the standard solenoid plugged in. your ECU might throw a CEL. but nice work anyway! fits in well
  3. nup not a lower lip its a full aero front bar. the rest of the car is non-aero. but may have been painted black instead of being normal black plastic.
  4. im guessing he sold his ass lol would probably be worth it to drive an R35
  5. thank jetwreck who i have seen do it this way about 3 times lol
  6. niiiiiiiiice
  7. that seems to be the easiest way. its pretty slow, but its easier than doing it from under the car
  8. ahhh i get you now unless its specified in the instructions, dont worry about it.
  9. this is my non-stagea:
  10. i would say its bidirectional as long as the fluid is passing through the radiator its gonna be heated whichever direction it flows. however, i THINK one of the pipes is slightly larger than the other. but dont quote me on that. that may have been one of my aftermarket hoses
  11. ok and after looking at that diagram, yes it all comes apart. just make sure you do it all up properly. the bit the fan is bolted to is a clutch that expands as the water temp goes up thus turning the fan faster.
  12. the engine timing is ALL electronic. did you undo the 4 small nuts to get the fan off? if you need to turn it, loosen a belt, or just turn the motor with a socket and breaker bar from the larger wheel at the bottom. make sure the transmission is in neutral.
  13. metal would be ideal i think i have 2x2mm washers in mine. i dont remember them being 3mm thick
  14. just kick the car over and the water pump will pump it out, if youre that worried.
  15. ohh there are two bolts holding the condensor onto the radiator. you need to access it through the holes in the front of the reo bar. 10mm socket with an extension should do it
  16. are you the NZ version of chuckie? (no offence intended to chuckie)
  17. there is a bracket over on the right holding one of the AC pipes. just remove the bolt and it will move around a little. ive done it a few times, its easy to work out!
  18. s14 = teh ugly s15 ftw
  19. whats in brake cleaner that degreaser is a waste of money? when you can get 5 cans for $10 i rekon its cost effective lol
  20. hmmm i think its an asian woman from north ryde, ive seen it around a few times. she filled up at that BP at midway shops while mine was parked next to her, she had no idea what it was. somehow i think someone else chose it for her
  21. the condenser wont come out unless you remove it from the AC system, and youll need to vent the gas. its easy enough to just move it out of the way, youll need to remove the engine fan and shroud to do that. if you have a fan with the little plastic holders, does it have an FMIC? thats the only reason why it would need to be replaced. anyway yes just pull them out, if they break, youll need to get some more.
  22. could have been andy?
  23. might be just the rear offset and picture angle making it look higher than it actually is! the colour is awesome dude, the rims suit it perfectly
  24. time to install some low looks good otherwise mate
  25. you can if you want! if you do a valve body upgrade youll have to change it anyway........ if youre not going to, then give it a flush. youll need 10L minimum
