i think the drive would have problems reading the disc in a car unless it was specifically a 'mobile' model. assuming one was available

AFAIK the valve body is NOT the same. but its close enough that a kit can be supplied with the same bits on all RE5R05A models and be compatible across the range. and yes, the TCU is inside your transmission. 2004+ for M35 and V35 and possibly Z33

thanks mate, i learnt a SHIT load of stuff doing this. not ALL DIY, i didnt do tiling, that was a professional job. and i couldnt do the plumbing, waste yes, water no. and the shower screen lol yeah no thanks lol tradesmen get up VERY early. i dont like getting up when its AM. unless im still awake from the night before lol its not all that hard, just gotta make sure you waterproof properly and get the bath hobb right and the rest is fairly easy. dont think you can get away with doing a bathroom for less than $20k
