Thanks for the replies guys. I love a good debate and I learnt a thing or two from the above posts. I'm going sidefeeds regardless if their design is outdated, many people have run them in the past and made solid power. I have no pans to run e85 so that doesn't come into the decision. But mainly they fit without spending a fortune and time making rails to run top feeds. So the question I really want answering is if I get the s15 injectors (that I already have) cleaned and flow tested can I expect them to be all very similar flows? Or does anyone know where I can buy a set that are already flow matched together? While flow matched injectors isn't something everyone gets done, I firmly believe they solve alot of tuning issues when every cylinder is getting it's fair share

They are for a Vh41de running a rotrex c-38. So staying with side feeds as I'm not making custom rails. 8 of these will easily see my power goals on about 8psi. Since I got all 8 for 100 bucks, already have spare pintle caps and can get them Cleaned and flow tested for around 200 it could be a option. I understand you can't change their flow and are matched from a selection. I'm just curious to see peoples experiences on jecs manufacturing tolerances weather they have found jecs injectors to differ much when tested a unmatched set. Or have I got the wrong idea here and am I asking how long is a piece of string is?

Hey guys are there any members out there that have had Nissan oem sidefeed injectors ultra sonically cleaned and flow tested? If so how did they match up, were they well close to each other or big differences? Just wanting to hear experiences before I fork out a few hundred to get 8 s15 440cc injectors cleaned and flow tested which may not show good results when I can get a set of flow matched from a supplier (more expensive)

R32 Gtst Feont White Line Sway Bar Specs
akaaa7 replied to akaaa7's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Hey Daleo, I'm in warrnambool victoria. I'm leaning towards modifying a stock sway bar with a chop and extend where needed. If I sleve the inside of the pipe/sway bar where I extend it I think it should do the job. Im not racing. -

Hey guys/girls, as title states what sort of numbers are people running with stock mounts using a 30 bottom end? Trying to decide if I should just go solid. If a mount breaks while under load with big hp can some serious damage happen? I've heard solids mounts can set your knock sensors off falsly, anyone have experience?

My question is does anyone know the actuall length in millimeteres or centimetres of the first half of a tail shaft out off an r33 or a 300zx from the end of the yoke to the end where it bolts to the centre bearing? just working out my options any help appreciated. I'm after actual lengths measered with a tape measure! cheers guys cam. Before anyone says... yes I searched and could not find the answers

Running Twins Do They Need To Be Identical?
akaaa7 replied to akaaa7's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
cheers for all the replies guys, rang gcg for a rebuild price and they were pretty shit on the phone to be honest, talking to some guy that had no idea and goes starting from 850 but i can see that price getting blown out the window from the research ive done and peoples answers. im goin to save the pennys for new turbos... on the topic of running identical twins though what would happen if u ran two completely different size turbos such as -5 and say a gt35r? not that i would or want to but would this damage ur engine if u had both join up into the one intake? im guessing the back pressure of the smllaller turbo could cause a difference in torque to one half of the crank to the other ??? mmm just thoughts -
hey people i have a 'unopened hks 2530' that runs really well and another thats in need of a rebuild. my question is that if i rebuild one with garrett internals will this be a problem when running twins as they will not be the same? any thoughts appreciated cheers cam

hey dude quick question, what spigot bush did u use for the 300zx box conversion? did the new one need any machining to fit in the 45 crank? also wherew did u get those UAS engine mounts? nice car man 190kw with headers mad shit

g'day guys n girls, does anywone no if u can get say 3 psi actuator springs for a internal gated turbo?, i want to run twins on a v8 at around 8 or 10 pound of boost. i no u can get prettly small ones for external gate setups but for the boost i want a internal gate setup at 4 ort 5 pound each would be cheaper and more than sufficient. did a search but cant find anything listed on any garret sites
