thats pretty odd ... was the antenna working with the old head unit?? for me i just bought one of them antenna converter things ... and the antenna works as soon as u connect the correct antenna plug ... mind u i have a series 1 r33

for me i just got an alarm from autobarn cause a few of my friends got the same one ... i say just go to a reputable shop and ask to see what they have .. .check out the specs to see if it meets your needs ... can vary in price alot ... but i think its also important to park your car in secure places and not to rely solely on the alarm ...

i've had my car for a couple of months ... but i've not polished it .. why should i polish it?? how do i polish it?? and what and where can i get the good stuff from??

is ur feul cp very tight?? i mean when i close mine .. i close it to the click and it keeps clickin if i keep rotating it .. but it doesn't feel very tight at all .. and to open it ... i don't have to use much force it all ... opens very easily ... and i dont' think it gives a very loud ppppssssssseetttt noise at all ... as pva puts it ... is there something wrong??

was told that u lose much more power with the air con on than 2% ... u'd probably spend way much more money redoing all the air con anyways ... just get a bigger intercooler

yeah i went to autobarn yesterday to choose an oil for my gtst .. theres so much to choose from .. i mean every maker has about 2 or 3 high performance oils ... i'm going to try either the mobile 1 or the castrol .. can't remember what its called ... also heard mutol was good but that was like 80 bucks for 3 litres and it came in a metal can whereas the others came in a plastic one

anyone on this board who says he is a chequebook racer is a hypocrite... why do we all love stopping at the lights against holdens and fords?? cause we have a better car ... why?? cause we have more money?? so we're all chequebook racers ... i say congrats to him .. i wish i had the knowledge not to mention the money to do this sort of thing!!!

the max i got from a full tank is about 480 from normal premium ... max from ultimate is about 370 ... and its not because i drive it really hard ... i don't .. i drive nice and slow ... why dont' people beleive me?? anyways i'm up for a service soon so i will see how my feul economy changes after that ...

i drive it harder when i'm using the normal premium ... i try to drive really conservatively when using bp98 cause i don't really wanna waste it ... but for some reason i get shitty economy ... i've tried many tanks of both premium and ultimate and i've resetted the ecus but still get the same results ... i wonder if anyone else has similar results to mine ... a friend with an mx6 turbo says he has similar experience in that he gets same if not better econmy ... i'm starting to think this bp ultimate isn't at all what its cracked up to be ...

trust me ... i am much more friendly with the foot pedal when i'm using cheaper feul : ) ...

i've posted this on another thread: is it just me or do i get better mileage from normal premium as opposed to ultimate?? im 99.9 percent sure i have a stock ecu ... have hi flow air filter ... decent aftermarket exhaust ... i get 300-350 on ultimate and 400-450 on normal premuim ... why is that?? .. and my cars an automatic ... r33 gtst.?? i've even tried normal unleaded ... but i think i would get about 300kms per tank cause i didn't fill up all the way, just seeing what the performance was. anyone got any ideas?? i'll just stick to normal permium now cause it comes out cheaper both ways. i've even tried woolworths premium and it gives me about the same mileage but i still think that normal premium (BP that is) gives me a better idle .. but i think i can feel more power with the ultimate. thanks

if its illegal to use a mobile phone while ur driving .. then why have a mobile phone antenna in the car??
