how much does it cost to convert an auto to manual??

yeah i've got car toys brochure book and i've seen that page ur talking about ... but its not the same type of mesh i want ... the mesh actually feels like plastic, and seems to be moulded so i want the same one ... so i guess i really want an original ... looks like its going to be hard to find ...

my electric mirrors as well as the horn aren't working ... i got a fuse box excel sheet from somewhere on these forums but there is no specific fuse for "electric mirrors" or horn .. so i was wondering if it would be under electrics ... plus i seem to have more fuses on the side then just a left and right column as in the excel sheet that i got ... does anyonw know the exact fuse which i should be lookin out for?? thanks

hmmm ... so how much do one of them apexi ones cost?? are they noisy?? i seem to like the sound that the hks one gives me ... i can really hear the high pitch sound sucking in ... so i like it ... since the hks one causes the engine to run dirty ... how does that affect performance and engine condition?? thanks for that great link!! .. i hope to see u guys on a cruise sometime

i have a hks air filter ... it is one of them high flow ones which makes a nice sound when the air is suckin in .. it has this green spongy material inside ... i was wondering what chemicals i need to use to clean it ... and how to actually clean it ... i don't know when it was cleaned last ... my friend says that my engine will be running dirty because its high flow and because of the actual material ... is this good for the engine?? thanks can be seen here http://www.inlinefour.com/hkssupmegflo.html

my front 2 wheels are lowered much more than my back ... i was wondering what kind of issues i would have with this configuration. should i make all evenly lowered?? does this affect the perfermance much?? thanks

ok its been fixed!!! man you wouldn't be able to tell the repaired one with a new one!!! i'm impressed ... lets see how long it lasts before it cracks for no reason. i hope it doesnt : )

i think fire and theft doesn't cover the total value of the car ... eg just cars does fire and theft but that is only covered for up to something like 4k value of the car .. so if u have a 20k skyline and it gets stolen.. then u only get back 4k minus the excess ... i'm pretty sure thats correct.

those alarms seem to be way over my price range for an alarm .. i was wondering if anyone here is using viper brand car alarms?? if so do u think its any good?? is there an official web site i can go to?? is the wiring colour coded( they shouldn't be) ??

if i damaged my front spoiler in an accident, and it was broken, is it possible to repair without the risk of it cracking in the future?? or do i have to put another one on??

well i have insurance for about 2300 rating 1 ... what i'm wondering is since i've had an accident, worth about 6.5k, what rating would i be on next year? anyone have any ideas? i think i would be on 2 or 3.

yeah i'd say it would have to be near impossible to get a secured loan for an import let alone a skyline. I tried to get a secured loan myself, but as soon as they hear import its a no no. Also for secured loans u have to get comprehensive insurance, i'd be interested to hear if anyone hear has a secured loan under their name for an import.

i got given some blue halogen lights ... i was wondering if they are legal to use? i have seen people use yellow ones, and i dont' want to put them on if they will attract the cops who will then look at my car and defect it for other things. Also if i were to put it on, where would i put it? i have an r33 gtst m-spec. Also what are the chances of some prick stealin them of the car? thanks

i'm pretty new to skylines .. i was wondering how much front grills( i think thats what theyre called, u know the stuff between the front head lights) cost, how much does the standard one cost(for r33 gtst series 1)?? as opposed to an aftermarket one which looks more like whats found on a gtr. i want to know the cost difference cause i'm looking to get this changed if it doesn't cost too much. and also their availablility. thanks, this forum is the best
