^yeah and im not sure how the public (and even the media) will receive the thought of police being allowed to shoot at cars practically on sight. Also, who's gonna make the call when to shoot or not? i'd think such a decision'd be a bit big for individual subjectivity

have you ever fired a weapon? tires are an extremely small target, and dont forget the police will by trying to shoot from a moving car. Stray bullets in public places arn't fun for anybody. ^also a good point

^^THIS. dude listen: i was in the exact same boat as you a few years ago. dont bother, NA skylines arn't that great, they are WAAAAAY overpriced and you'll be pestered by the police. Just buy something cheap to bomb around in for a few years, dont modify it (unless you HAVE to), save ya pennis then when you get off your P's. you can spend that 20 odd thousand on a tidy 34 GTT or 32/33 GTR

thats a different truck. The picture originally posted was a Knight XV, costs $489,000USD. Its supposed to be uber luxurious on the inside. The Balkan Mk7 (like BeEnAr said) is what's out there

I'm high 30's (36/37). Finished main quest, finished companions,dark brotherhood and mage guild. Up to last thief mission guild but don't wanna return the artefact. Full daedric armour, daedric sword, great sword and bow. Is what i use most of the time

i dont think so because that would sort of cheapen the GTR's appeal. The GTR is marketed as an affordable sports car. It was always meant to be somewhat exclusive and desired, hence why they staggered the the world release in different countries
