update: car has new thrust bearing, new gearbox fluid, new spigot bush new power steering belt. speedo is also now accurate as the right speedo gear has been fitted.

i have no idea sorry nate, but i cant see it being much of an issue, best to ask a member from vic or to contact racv. i know my old man bought his z32 from melb and didnt have much trouble getting it rego from vic to nsw, but im unsure about going the other way. as i say, best to ask racv.
