  1. Would this be the best mod for the performance and price?
  2. Thanx guys for your input. If i was to get an r32 completely stock under the hood, what would the first thing you guys would do? maybe less than $1500 - $2k worth of mods?
  3. Totally agree! GTR kits are a big improvement over the shocking Gts-t front bar! But badging shouldn't be put on. You would just imbarass yourself as well as every other authentic GTR owner when your performance has to do the talking!
  4. Thanx guys, I do like the look of the r32 -> (looks more like the r34) Will be test driving the R32 GTS4 today. With features regarding safety , it has ABS which is a big plus in my books. It is pretty stock under the bonnet but previous owner is a GTR enthusiast and has modified the interior and exterior accordingly. Will have to test drive r33's for comparison but sounds like the general consensus is that the R32 provides a good mix of performance, quality, looks and handling.
  5. Pentae, conflicting opinions is just what i need. Different perspectives to balance my knowledge and experience. I think the Silvias do get a bad rap but i am trying to steer clear of that 18yo boy toy P-plater stigma.
  6. The chunky factor is a main con. I am looking to buy a car for the performance rather than street cred. ALthough skylines in general have plenty of street cred. I'd rather DRIVE the car than cruise down Chapel St with my arm out the window! Thanx Pentae for the specs but most of these I new already, have been researching skylines for a long time. It is now time to buy one. Am going to check out an r32 GTS4 (man), asking 15.5k, is the 4WD system the same as the GTR with single turbo?
  7. I am looking at buying a skyline GTS-t. What should I get and why. I have found numerous r32's and r33's around the same price. Should I go for a 32 in top nick with mods or r33 with not so many mods? need your input on handling, size, performance etc...
