I just received a new lot of 460cc top feed Nippon Denso injectors and they are all hi impedance from series 5 13B NA aspirated RX7's.20cc more flow per injector than GTR ones. They are the correct impedance for R32 RB20det ECU and will plug straight in to the factory connectors, (though I aslo have connectors here too, if required). Price is $45 each.

My friend in the states has sent more low impedance 460cc injectors part Number 195500-1350, top feed, fits straight in as replacement for e.g. CA18det injectors etc., fit straight into the RB20 rail, but you would need resistors for each injector, or a single GTR resistor pack, unless you have an aftermarket ECU. (20cc more flow per injector than GTR injectors) $45each

Black R32, I just got an email from my friend in the States and he said he will let me know in a day or 2 when some more injectors will be coming.

I lived in Japan for a couple of years and was bringing cars to Australia on a small scale a few years back, when the major changes took place. (Most punters don't realize until ages afterwards, I found that even almost 2 years after i arrived back your average car enthusiast punter was just starting to catch on, even though the 2 year sunset period for existing compliance plate holders had almost run its course!!) I found at that time the laws changed very rapidly indeed, I followed all the legislative changes very carefully and checked the DOTARS daily,( there was chopping and changing on almost a weekly basis, sometimes less). IF I were thinking of importing a car now, when there a rumours of changes to laws, I would be doing the same thing, if you didn't you'd be a mug. I have seen people who have had to re- export cars personally and there's no excuse, they just issue you with a notice and give you a month or so and its out. There are powerful lobby groups at work when these changes are in the wind, for example a certain major car manufacturer,, (which will remain nameless), was a very strong lobbyist just before the big review took place in 2000, (it was strongly rumuored), that led to the current scheme that's in place. There is usually some substance in rumours, maybe other parties have been at work who may have been effected by the growing import of 15 year old used JDM vehicles!

Dave, No haven't been flow tested, I got a heap a while back and sold them and had no problems. I can arrange cleaning and flow testing for you for $15 each. Gerry

G'day John, Mate these injectors fit straight into a CA18det rail, so they'll fit the rail okay, Ca18det's are low impedance, not sure on the RB20, just check on this forum to see if anyone knows, as I don't offhand.
