  1. Looking awesome there Matty! Thank God you are getting rid of those butt-ugly Advans .... by far the ugliest wheels ever conceived by mankind!
  2. Sorry to tell you, but you are in for the worst headache of your entire life ....
  3. SAU rules state that you need to list each part you are selling, and a price for each part.
  4. But what is the base model missing over the SP? Full leather seats and paddle shift I thought. The paddle shift kits you can add for $350, and having half leather seats (which is what I have now) is no big deal to me.
  5. Mayo, you say you don't want too low, and then say a 1"-2" drop is nice. Let me guarantee you that if you have crap roads like we do here in Adelaide, then a 2" drop is WAY too much and you will bottom out your front bar lip (if you have a Nismo copy one like mine) and exhaust on everything. I am so jacked off at my springs that I am going to go back to 350Z springs when I come across some.
  6. I am in the hunt for a black V36 in the not too distant future .... when you are on the pointy end of selling it and have had a few price drops, PM me Mike I have been looking at this one .... so cheap! Moderately high kms, but the price is right! http://www.j-spec.com.au/dealer/2008-Nissan-Skyline-7098270.html When pricing yours Mike, keep in mind that Loz's has nearly $11k of wheels, custom air bags and brakes on it, plus every option available for the V36 (some of them from the USA and are not even available on the V36s out of Japan).
  7. No idea mate .... standard I would have thought. Pretty much only mods are the bags and crazy wheels.
  8. ^^^ I can't believe Loz is selling it .... (he is the owner of Hardtuned.com for those not in the know). And I can't believe he isn't advertising it with pictures of Lauren draped over it
  9. The cars I have been in have a fairly brutal change from 1st to 2nd gear when any sort of acceleration is applied .... and a tyre chirp is almost guaranteed if you have the boot in.
  10. ^^^ looking amazing! Millennium Jade has to be the best all-time colour for R34s. How much did the respray cost you?
  11. DO NOT EVER do this ... if you don't intend to buy an item, DO NOT post in a for sale thread. DO NOT EVER attack the price of an item in this fashion - especially when you are incorrect - as many people have disputed your claim and made you look like a dick. This is your first and last warning.
  12. ^^^ where did you buy the plasti-dip? I want to do the centres of my LMGT4 copies for something different.
  13. Yeah shame they are going to be the wrong side of $100k ... There actually have been some V36 convertible coupes in Australia for around 6 months now - someone brought in about 10 from Europe (the only market they are currently sold in), so they were already rhd and had all English buttons and controls ... they were selling on Ebay and CarSales out of a business in Qld for about $55k-$70k depending on kms and spec ....
  14. Did you change tyres or wheels at the same time? Or have you had any bushes replaced? When my lower control arm bushes both went, my car became as you describe, as the traction control could sense the control arms moving with weight changes, and so would go off all the time. But normally no, they are nowhere like that sensitive, and of course all of the mods you have listed would not affect it. I noticed NO difference when I installed a grounding kit on my 5AT fyi.
  15. Yeah I would love to see some pics/video of my burnout if anyone has some
  16. In case you didn't know - as far as I am aware, properly fitting headers is an engine out exercise.
  17. And a nice little surprise (that I haven't even told the other Execs yet), but we will having a West Racecar come out for a couple of sessions with the Radical - should be amazing to see those 2 out on the track together! Like this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87BcLwF7Ip8&feature=plcp
  18. Yes, check for loose heat shielding, but more likely is that the inside of one of your cat converters has broken - in which case you need a new one (happened to me). The noise will get MUCH worse.
  19. ^^^ try again - 1) there is no way those are 11.5" rims, and 2) there is no way you would get 11.5 +15 rims on the front of a V35 anyhow
  20. ^^ those are the lights a heap of us bought in a group buy earlier this year - check out the thread below: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/391924-aftermarket-headlights/page__pid__6489836__st__460#entry6489836 Jesse got some for someone who missed the group buy for $700 delivered.
  21. Yep, sounds about right. Especially given cars here like the R35GTR are literally double the cost of one on the road in the USA.
  22. Most cases climate control playing up is caused by the intake temperature sensor pipe being inadvertently disconnected. It is a small pipe which runs inside the lower trim panel that drops down under your steering wheel. On the left hand side underneath is a pipe which connects to a little grille on the drop-down panel. If this is disconnected that is probably your issue.
  23. This is your first and last warning. You may very occasionally bump your thread, but your behaviour here is unacceptable. Next you will uncur a ban
  24. Yep, mine was already doing it when I got the car at 48k km.
