  1. It is very sad to see you back on SAU Chris. Act like a tool and you (and your IP) will be banned again. One complaint and you are outta here.
  2. yep, exactly. And I posted why it was being deleted in the thread before I deleted it - don't you get instant email notification of replies? Please use the 'wanted to buy' thread. If someone made a new thread every time they wanted to buy something, the forum would consist of nothing but. I let the occasional urgent one stay, but your thread didn't fit that criteria.
  3. Spotted this pre-delivery beast at Main North Nissan yesterday
  4. Spotted myself, Munro and Scandy having lunch at Gringos Mexican yesterday .... along with about 1,000,000,000 barely-legal (and many not-so-legal) bikini babes wandering the Bay *aye carumba*
  5. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...RK%3AMEWAX%3AIT This stuff sounds good, but is not the genuine Dynamat item. Awesome price at 56sqft for around A$235 delivered - or I negotiated with him to possibly buy in the future 100sqft for A$400 delivered to my door. 100sqft would do my whole floor pan, inner and outer door skins, boot floor, side and lid, and possibly my inner roof under the lining too.
  6. Errr this 911? And it only made 230rwkw for a twin turbo - soft.
  7. ^^ BABOW ..... the whole 'mate that died in 9/11' is a load of horse shit - I can unequivocally guarantee you that the only meaning Dave meant when getting the plates was the fact it slaughters Porsches. In fact he caught the chatter on the forums some time ago about this and thought the whole thing was completely ridiculous. Oh, and you mean this car? (Taken on Willall's dyno last Saturday) .... oh, and I went for a blast in Seb's 450rwkw R35GTR on Saturday too - WOW!!!!! (The one Martin posted about during its build-up - it is covered in carbon fibre bits and has had every singe item on the car upgraded). Needless to say it is a completely amazing setup.
  8. ^^ yep, he is "Red Back" on SAU. His R33 has an R34GTR MFD in it too
  9. ^^ it is LAW to provide you one with your car at compliance. So ask someone like PVP Imports that complies R34s here - or make a shit-ton of trouble for the douches that didn't fulfil all your compliancing items
  10. FYI my compass has always worked 100%
  11. On behalf of the SAU Exec, thanks to all who attended the Xmas dinner tonight! Special thanks to SAU:SA special guests Martin & Susan Donnon for coming along on behalf of the Willall Racing garage, and great to see John Munro rejoin the scene as well (hopefully either Martin or John will bring out their R35GTR for those who haven't seen one up close and personal yet)! Thanks too to the organisers Steve and Luke (with help from others I am sure) who always make for a well organised and well run event. Great to see such a big turnout of SAU:SA and SAU forum members .... hopefully some people who have not yet joined are considering doing so, and becoming inaugural members of the SAU:SA Club!
  12. no worries mate - just thought I'd clear it up - I am a Nazi after all
  13. yep I agree with Jarrad - that Carsales ad reads: "This car has been flogged to within an inch of its life since it was born." And Brendan, when making a new thread please give it an appropriate title - 'R32GTR' is not even close to acceptable (I have fixed it for you now) - I came on here ready to ban whoever made what I presumed was going to be yet another for sale thread.
  14. Are you driving over the V36? I haven't seen one in the flesh yet, but am very keen to!
  15. Yeah Jarrad but they were the wrong colour, and the fronts were too weak offset. I take it you sold them in the end? And James, that is the exact size and offset I am hoping will sit flush but not rub, so am keen to try some that size out. Will catch up when you are good and ready - no hurry.
  16. Looks great James. I would also love to put my hand up for you to come over one arvo, have a few beers and chuck 2 of your wheels on the V35 just to see how they fit/look. I have been thinking about XD9s for ages.
  17. If you want to come to the dinner in style Jas (in the V35), you can come with me The wife is not coming, so I have a spare seat.
  18. ^^ haha yeah spotted Jas at work the other day and tried to con her into dragging her bf along to the SAU dinner next week .... thanks for the coffee too Jas
  19. Welcome to the forums Holty. Please familiarise yourself with the forum rules, and the stickied posts at the top of the SA section. There is a newbies/introduction forum already, which I will move this thread to.
  20. ah maybe he never left after all .... he had his Mawson Lakes house on the market a while back and was selling to move to Sydney as that's where his missus parents live (or something like that). Yeah he is a friend on my Facebook - I will chat him now
  21. Dang that weather sucks Andrew .... but that you can't choose unfortunately. Hope it was an awesome affair despite the weather. Like David asked, where is the Honeymoon?
  22. ^^ yeah the first car is Diggity's (old) car .... not sure if he owns it anymore or not - I would suggest not. Was one of the first R33s in SA.
  23. Yeah Shane that sure is Dot Com's old beast .... not sure if he managed to sell it before he moved to Sydney or not. I have known Dig's since he bought that car and had the gold rims on it.
  24. Very cool indeed. Shame about the lack of parking orientation for the pics ..... could have been AWESOME for pics if they were even. But you get that - it is very hard to do. Still, too cool for wedding cars - love it! Reminds me a bit of my wedding cars back in 2002
