Car is still available, registration runs out in March so need this car sold, price is negotiable.

Interested buyer didn't get back to me and wasted everyone's time, so car's still available. Please no more time wasters, I did a lot to keep up the maintenance and paid nearly $2000 recently to fix the keyed marks left by idiots who ruined my ride and my passion for Skylines. So what was resprayed? - Bonnet (keyed) - Front spoiler (detailer recommended to do this to match the rest) - Front side guards (detailer said the do both to match the rest of the car and will look better) - Boot (keyed) I paid more to get it right and it does look a hell of a lot better, not that the car was bad before. The passion is over, I just want to sell it off so I can move out.

Haven't heard from an interested buyer so there's still a chance for everyone, here's another picture for R32 fans. PS. Regular service have been done ($205), this time with Castrol oil (supposedly better than Motul and Mobil).

Ok some changes, respray work has already started so have scrapped the first option.

To be fair to the people who has inquired already, - If you're interested in getting the car off my hands right now let me know by email and state your price - If you want me to respray then let me know, the price will be $14K depending on respray costs I think this is fair because it'll save us all time and hassles.

Hi guys, car is on sale again but need to fix the scratches on the bonnet and boot (will require respray). I can sell the car as it is (cheaper) or get it done up same colour (gunmetal and more expensive). If I had continued to stay in Sydney I would have resprayed the car Lamborghini orange :-) Want to get rid of the car as soon as possible because I'm moving overseas again possibly for good and will need the money for moving cost :-( Car is still in great shape and runs well (drove to Sydney and back). Had a service checkup and oil change in Sydney with no problems whatsoever. Have always been using Shell V-Power and Mobile One oil. Car still not modified. Only thing that might need replacement is probably the stock exhaust. Please e-mail me for further details if you're interested. Really want to clear up space and get started on moving out. I go to the one near Monash U and sometimes Box Hill if parts aren't available at the Monash one. Of course I don't expect amazing services, the Sydney branch in Auburn though had no one behind the counter! Sometimes I feel some shops function like ebay operators. Ebay is a risk, especially if you're getting parts en-route from China as they quite often don't double check their stuff. I have heard of many stories of poor workmanship and DOA items like spoilt carbon wings, speakers with no cables, screen protectors that actually scratches etc. Also if anyone is jumping on the Android tablet wagon I'd steer clear of those for another year. DOA items will have to shipped back AT YOUR OWN EXPENSES. My advice on e-bay is to stick to sellers that has a good reputation rating (at least 99.5%) and have sold many of the same items (with feedbacks). I have received unsatisfactory items from sellers but I have also received 100% refund on all of them, they didn't even want the items back! That's China shopping for you!

Hey PC folks, I've been shopping around for a media player to replace my DVICO M5000 player I bought about 3 years ago, worked really well and has the best remote ever, only problem is that it doesn't play OGG or MKV video formats. Now I've built HTPCs before and while they do the job, the experience is just not as seamless as dedicated media players like my Dvico. The ability to not use a keyboard and mouse to access a video library is something I will only accept when sitting on a couch :-) Anyway I've looked at: - Dvico products (good: excellent remote, build quality / bad: firmware updates are infrequent, boring menus, high power, heavy, not as innovative as the other companies, expensive!!) - Popcorn hour (good: plays everything, innovative, almost like a PC / bad: expensive, very ugly, heating problem especially the A200) - Astone (I know nothing about) - Egreat (good: plays everything, affordable, lightweight, low power, internet applications, accepts esata external inputs / bad: developed in china, firmware not proven, can only buy via ebay, australian resellers expensive) - Western Digital (good: plays nearly everything, lightweight / bad: pricey for what it is, limited applications, only usb external inputs, tiny remote) - Dune (good: plays everything, innovative / bad: very expensive, heavy, only 100mb ethernet network) I want to be able to store and playback recordings from my camera in 720p and 1080p as well as the ability to playback 1080p MKV, Full-HD trailers, youtube and DVD/Blueray backups (we can do that right??). Anyone else have any experiences with the above or recent experiences with media players?

I've had a good experience at MSY, melbourne branch that is (Sydney was absolutely crap). Got my Core i7, ATI 5770, 4GB RAM, 1TB HD, 23" ASUS monitor, Gigabyte m/b and coolermaster case for $1000.

You need to get the car check ASAP if you haven't done so already. You are spending too much money unnecessarily on petrol. Skylines can do much better than that. Comparison for fuel consumption is a good exercise because you get to see how well most Skylines run over time, especially with such contrasting setups. The newer cars like the R34 should have better fuel economy, whereas the older models if well maintained/serviced should perform almost as good. 400-450km to a tank sounds like the average for skyline drivers. During my drive to Sydney I managed to get over 600km to a tank on V-Power and about the same amount on the drive back to Melbourne. This is a stockish untuned R32 GTR and driving a constant 110km/h in 5th gear (which every GTR should be able to do or better). My next car BTW is going to be an R35 GTR, it averages 12.7 lt\100km and goes waaaaaaay faster than my car.

I'm a fan of the federal tyres because they're affordable and I don't drive my car on the track. Drove to Sydney and back with no problems. If you're going to do performance work, use another set of wheels and performance tyres!

Thanks for the light hearted suggestions, don't worry I'm not going to do anything because its not something I would do to anyone's car anyway. If I have a problem with someone else's car I would let it go or leave a note and leave it on the wipers. But for those who are interested in this possible suspect (parked in the same spot for the past few days already), its a P plater.

That sucks dude, but there are no words to make things better. Solution, paint it matte black or gloss white and start a revolution.

Yup Jealousy is the word, and like I said, someone wanted the parking spot I was in more than I did (this was a visitor's parking lot so fair game). I only just moved in 2 days before and have met no one there.
