    Wont know for sure till the engine gets pulled apart. Will fit new pistons and valves and what ever needs to be done and sell the engine. If anyone is looking for a re-built br25det let me know. Cheers Matt

    Nah not really, didnt even get a real chance to run the new turbo on boost. Happened on the freeway 3300rpm in 5th. Just one of these things you can never predict, at least I know it wasent in the tuning, all the plugs were a little too rich if anything

    did have. dropped a valve:( on sunday wasent too lean or anything like that, no detination just dropped one

    The speed cut has been taken off and the chip was tuned for 1bar, which made 166rwkw. the afr has been changed think to bout 12.8

    Nah Martin was using the to4S to my memory, stock internals too.

    Nah all was fine my passanger couldnt handle the noise in the back any longer, combo of the wastegate noisy 540's and the fuel pump. I found the right hand lane hade more grip it had less truck traffic than the left, still not nice weather for it

    responce is strange. boost comes on REALLY hard at 5 then it is just a blur till 8 and then change up

    get hold of a wrecked gts4 and see what I can do?. even at 1.4bar havent got time to think when it gets to 5000rpm before it is at 8000 to change up.

    Cheers mate, the graph they printed out was the 1.2bar. On the dyno sheet it compares the old turbo and the ney one at same boost. once I figure out hot to put it on here I will:) ill have it with me 2morrow night

    Well the new turbo is in and tuned. it is the t04r it made 291rwkw on 1.2bar (which was'nt enough) then we got 316 on 1.4 bar. The AFR start at 12 then drop to bout 11.4 from 5000rpm.

    Thankyou, accually 316 at 1.4 bar on pulp. afr start at 12 then between 5 and 8000rpm drop to 11.4 1.2 bar gave me 291, bring on the avi:)

    Yeah ive got the bushes in and coated the tyres with the tyre rejuvinator. The new turbo will make it even harder now

    Im having trouble with the 540's even in 3rd oh well, good to hear its coming along well matt.
