  1. I seem to have an issue with fuel pressure loss when car sits for a while. Do people usually install a 1 way valve to help hold pressure? Apparently the stock pumps have a 1 way valve built in? I will have to double check my fuel filter as I changed that but can almost guarantee there is no leak there
  2. bump will take $100 ono now
  3. Had a look at postage costs and will be around $50-$70 pretty much anywhere in Aus
  4. Is EV1 the right connection? I am pretty sure I have some ev14-ev1 conversion connectors but don't appear to suit the stock injector plug I believe it is a denso plug i read somewhere?
  5. I am installing this in a series 2 r34 so unsure if there are differences or not gonna go back out there and keep trying maybe try lifting pump higher. Alright got it in and it works so I guess the only advice I have to give is don't give up cause its not hard getting the bracket into the holder it's a lot harder to get the actual pump down where you need it. I am not sure how I got it but with a bunch of wiggling and my arm all the way down feeling to guide the pump it went in. Definitetly a pain now I just hope nothing goes wrong that I have to check it again
  6. Hmm I seem to have into run into the issue of the pump not wanting to go into the fuel tank also. I have taken 2 photos for reference. First up I am guessing everyone has this white thing (fuel level sensor?) or do they have something different? And 2ndly is everyones space this tight? There seems absolutely no way to get the pump past the point in this picture. I have it mounted the same as in the tutorial possibly marginally lower but would be nearly negligible.
  7. Awesome thanks for that mate should do the job
  8. Seem to be selling well though toyota isn't offering that many for supply. One friend who works at a toyota dealership said their stocks are sold for the next 2 years another mate who went and test drove the car found the soonest he could get was 6 months
  9. I thought people would be recommending diesels like a golf? Should get very good economy and I believe they are reasonably comfortable guess it also depends how much you are hauling
  10. Just the wires since people have found normal wiring insulation breaks down quickly in the fuel (previous page). All i can gather is to look for teflon insulated wire?
  11. Hoping people still frequent this. Where are you guys getting your fuel resistant insulated wires? Seems near impossible to find straight forward information
  12. Organics area made to be ridden a bit and can handle it well as long as you aren't revving it a lot then should be fine. If it's a button clutch they wear out very quickly from being ridden
  13. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Perfect-Pixel-27-inch-New-Potalion-2710QW-2560x1440-WQHD-Quad-HD-Monitor-/140757463601?pt=Computer_Monitors&hash=item20c5cc7231 Same guy 340 bucks for one that has no dead pixels
  14. Yes came from a manual I'm not stupid enough to build up a auto car let alone build it up for drifting
  15. Funny thing is with a commute of that distance an electric car would probably be very good for you. The more you use the car the better if it's range is 150-180 and your using it daily for 120k trips then it'd be really good fit
  16. It's the standard r34 GTT ratio which I believe is 4.11 from a quick google search
  17. Car had around 100k's when I took it off. I am on the southside pretty close to Westfield Garden city
  18. Have an r34 Torsen diff with approx 105k's on it. Took out of my car as replaced with a Cusco 1.5way to use for drifting. I have rubber mounts for the diff which still appear to be in good condition (no cracking ect.) but also have solid diff mounts (brand new) to suit any r200 diff I can sell with the diff. I am looking for $400ono for the diff including housing Looking for $60ono for the solid diff mounts Will do together for $440 ono. I am located Southside Brisbane. Could possible post but will be rather expensive the diff feels to be around 30kgs
