I'm pretty sure it needs to be enclosed in an airbox to pass. You can keep the pod, but you'll need a box to house it in.

Hahaha, I just had a look and noticed my '86 Volvo 760 Turbo is there. Lucky those P-Plater restrictions arent in Vic cause my hi-po car would be toast!

I dont really care about the 18+ to get your P's rule, as i think it kinda allows for a greater sense of maturity when getting your P's. I just turned 18 and got my P's and i think that extra year of Learner driving was probably for the best.
