Hey guys, I am currently looking at selling my 1989 r32 4 door. Not sure whether to sell it or not so just testing the waters at this stage. It has been a great car, runs amazingly and really turns heads. Would be perfect for P-platers !! It has: Completely stock RB20DE engine 175 XXX Ks Auto Custom leatherette interior with nissan logo embroided on seats VDO 6'' splits all round, VDO touchscreen dvd player headset, JVC 600w 4 chanel amp, 1200w pioneer sub Rare 4 door side skirts Type M front bar Momo steering wheel Undercar Led's (multi 7 colour with remote) Blue Led's in front footwells and dash cluster White Dash dial faces (put on the original dash) Small tacho mounted next to cluster as the stock one is abit off HKS fully adjustable coilovers Cannon exhaust tip Whitish aftermarket headlight bulbs Fusion central locking and alarm Comes with alloy stockies that have been sprays black Can come with Silver driftteks for the right price The bad: Paint is very average in afew spots, could use a respray to get it looking A1 Afew scrapes/dints on the passenger side fender from being side swiped A dint near the petrol cap which was there when i bought the car Door trims need to be trimmed in same material as seats, havnt gotten around to it but material will be provided. Also the temp guage stopped working Other then that the car is a real beaut! I have loved this car for the two years i have owned it but i am after something manuel. its in the glass of the windscreen. i have the same problem, apparently someone on here sells a booster/fix for it.

..... Again ... Sell it and buy a non-turbo, Keep it and buy a shitbox till your off your P's or Keep driving around and getting caught are your only smart options. If you even swap engines you will still need to get it engineered as above. It is not worth the hastle.

I think you will find that you cant mount your subs on the doors as they need to be in a box of a certain volume to work effectively. Hence why they are in a bulky box. ideally if you have cash, sell your current subs and buy the pioneer slimline subs (from memory the box is about 30cm wide) or some active subs (some have a built in amp, often used in utes) and mount them under your front seats.

i cleaned my 32's one inside and out with Meguiar's PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish, got rid of all the small scratches and came up clear as anything !!

Get the 34, make it look good, pull up at the lights and you will have people (mainly P-platers) breaking there necks for a race. give it abit of a rev but dont race them trust me, everyone thinks skylines are quick (they dont always take into account its non-turbo) I had a guy who has tried to race me at the lights around town for months ask me why i dont race him in his commo, truthly i know hed kill me, but he doesn't know that haha. I own a 32 N/a ... not a performance car, but certainly gets looks and is still fun as hell to drive

due to the different compression between the turb and na engine to turbo it you would have to change the pistons to turbo ones. Ive read that you can use the n/a pistons but you can only boost it to the bare min. I am in this situation too. i am throwing up doing a rb25det swap into my 32, a rb20det swap or just selling the car and buying a turbo after i get off my P's. I am leaning towards selling it as its alot of work to get the N/a up to the same level as a stock standard turbo. if i were you i would hold off and just buy a turbo, when they say N/a skylines are slow THEY MEAN IT !! haha

Im considering it im guessing they would be the same as eyelids cover the light in foil and put down resin, fibre cloth, more resin, hardener then just sand smooth only thing im thinking would be difficult is cutting the circles/square ....
