  1. I am a body corporate manager so I have to deal with this regularly. You need to check the plan of subdivision to determine which areas are common property. You cannot park on common property unless the body corporate generally agrees for residents to park a car outside their respective garages. In the absence of such an agreement (formal or informal) you cannot park anywhere but on private property (generally inside your garage and that's it), otherwise you are in breach of the regulations and can be served a breach of duty notice. Best to consult your rental Agent they should have answered this question for that particular property previously.
  2. Yep I worked that out after the first couple of times of having burning ears hehe. The helmet was still quite a firm fit at first but now it is very snug and comfortable after only the first few times I put it on and took it off. With the insane heat we had, having a camelbak in the car made it very easy to drink with a full face helmet on; the mouthpiece can be passed up from underneath the chin.
  3. I would have thought it was the other way around Hard Kandy and PHD stickers used to be a boon for cops pulling over cars on a weekend morning
  4. Ripped it off with your helmet? I swear until my helmet was worn in that it was going to rip my ears off every time!
  5. Haha good call Al. I gotta start saving up for a pair of BJ All Rounders for next time
  6. Nice work for all the scorekeepers for getting them online so quickly . Pretty happy for my first track event; my goal was just not to come last! ha ha. I already have ideas as to what I need to do at the next one
  7. Wikid photos Ryan, thanks for the effort. Aloe vera spray goes out to you mate!
  8. I'm still unpacking At least car is all back together and ready for work tomorrow! All well worth it though and looking forward to the next one
  9. I had a great time, thanks to everyone who came and also especially to all the organisers and volunteers. As for Rawhide's opening night it seemed like a rather non-event, I would hate to see what a regular night is like Can't wait to check out photos/video and the times...
  10. Good question. In the supp regs it states that competitors must have non flammable clothing + helmet + closed toe shoes. For passengers it requires ankles to neck to wrists covered and closed toe leather shoes. Until advised otherwise I'm packing both a tshirt/shorts+sunscreen option and a jeans/longsleeve t option
  11. Ryan can I request the following grouping please: Ben Robinson Che Boocock Jimmy Wong Thanks, Jim
  12. Thanks Russman, I'll take it out just to be sure. My idea of well mounted may differ from the opinion of the scrutineer's . My intent was to run the car in full street trim where possible so that I get a realistic idea of how the car handles for once it's back on the road.
  13. If "loose" objects are defined as anything that is not bolted in, what about items that are in the boot such as a stereo? I have gear that is screwed in, so does that mean this must come out as well? Thanks.
  14. Excuse my ignorance but how is the DECA skidpan watered? By hand using a hose before each run, or is it hooked up with sprinklers?
  15. Thanks Birds I have just sent through my application for SAUvic membership and this event, money is zapping between our banks as we speak!
