  1. I think you can still use them, I have heard of success with guys using n/a r33 rotors and r32 calipers on s13's to keep 4 stud
  2. you will need to swap the discs for the gtst ones, after you have them redrilled to 4 stud, the everything is just bolt on
  3. old topic of mine but does anyone know of some other suspension wholesaler that deals in these coils?
  4. yea ya did, found a link on here but it was dead, google isnt my friend, maybe a link?
  5. thanks guys any info in the 02 sensor?
  6. hey guys im redoing some bodge wiring someone has done on my Rb20 s13, and discovered that 1 of the 3 02 sensors wires is not hooked up, it goes to the RB20's dash plug ( brown wire ) I have looked at alot of wiring guides for this conversion, but not one thing is mentioned about hooking up this wire, I think it goes to 12v ignition, can anyone confirm? also, that F&*king silver rectangle box resistor looking thing, can't get a simple answer from any site as to what it actually does, injector resistor? both of its wires lead to a dash plug on the rb's loom, but still no guide says anything about wiring it up same goes for the lower idle control valve, not wired up either thanks for any help in advance, Rich
  7. I don't fully understand what you have done here, but I have done this conversion many times, never had any issues with the "hanger bearing" is the name your looking for, and it has always been a bolt up job, even with a R32 LSD R32 front shaft onto the a31's rear shaft, early cefiro's need the flange swapped, easy once you have undone the big tight ass nut, not the case with series 2/3 once thats done there should be no issues with fitment, take some pics for us, hopefully may be able to see whats up if the shaft is vibrating, take it out of the g/box turn it 180 the slide it back in, had to do this with mine, problem went away
  8. as above looking for the factory rubber turbo intake and oil/bov pipes, let us know bris/goldcoast area
  9. heres mine fitted. in a S13, a wee bit of work but its on and running
  10. pretty sure the factory r33 box's x member is used for that, you won't need to cut the hole bigger, shifter does not foul anything it just sits offset in the hole, and the shifter boot you just turn it around backwards bolt it up and looks factory
  11. auto and manual bodies are different, that being the shifter hole on a manual body is about 60 ish mm further forward, and same with the gearbox mounting, this applies to both cefiro and laurel for my conversion I used a s14 manual x member (RB20 box)
  12. I'm in the middle of fitting my ebay upper plenum and im unsure as to what to do with the 2 bolts in the pic below, as the plenum can only accept all bolts to be upward, keen to know what you guys have done cheers
  13. Ok im sure the info is on here, ive searched, closest Ive gotten is the freddy intake install, but thats very different to RB20, but I am about to install an ebay upper plenum on to my crappy Rb20, and am not sure as to what to do with the coolant pipes ( the ones going through the throttle body) im not going to runn coolant through it anymore 'duh once I take the upper plenum off i'll be left with 3 open coolant pipes, the ones that to to the heater pipers and lower plenum, my guess is to put a T-piece in place, but want some info on how to get past my little issue
  14. requiredjust bought this exact plenum, I am happy with it, its perfect for my specific needs, but you do get what you pay for, so cheap, is not without modifications, but easy mods, I just ask that you guys describe your product a bit better you don't need just one hose fitting, you need 4, as only one fitting from the original plenum will fit in the one big threaded hole, (thats the one on the underside) (just) it goes in about 4 turns) the other 3 do not accept anything from the o.g plenum, the holes are the wrong size, and the threads tapped arent the best, also some drill hole dags need to be cleaned off
