Can someone please clear this up for me?.. I'm 19 turning 20 on 29th sept this year. Does this mean I can't drive my car anymore?.. Or is it just people getting there p plates after the date On a side note a little thought people as young as 15 can start a apprenticeship and be qualified in under 4 so that means a fully qualified mech could be as young as 19/20 Now if they was like me and got one speeding fine they get it extended they will still be on there p's.
