I knew it! The whole time i thought i was being paranoid untill i almost wiped someone the other day on the road :\ Where abouts is this hose located & what should i use to clean it?

When i use my aircon or heater i get these kind of damp wet smell coming out of the vents. At first i thought it was the freon but it also comes when i use the heater. (I was told to change my freon because the gases are now old & could even be harmful, and to be honest each time i use it on a hot day i feel extremly sleepy when i use the a/c) Anyone got any ideas? Thanks people.
