  1. What was the filter on the pump like ? Have u drained fuel to check quality of it ? Also check all fuel lines make sure there all good not split or leaking or sucking water What is the timing set at ?
  2. It's a slightly bigger rear housing on the op6 tho they have a nylon front wheel aswell apparently only good for 10-12psi tho it's debateable U might get away with it but if it was me I'd put it on the dyno

  5. Unlucky mate one thing i learnt the hard way is NEVER ASSUME ( u no the old saying "when u assume it makes an ass out of u and me ) lol it's a silly mistake we all make them tho just another learning curve When is the engine coming out now ?

  7. Do u have a photo of how it sits with the radiator in place? Did u cut holes in the rad support ?
  8. Also I would be getting this balanced again mine never did this if it runs true it shouldn't vibrate at all
  9. Flogged out unis can cause similar issues which then leads to a flogged out centre bearing

Couple of mates work at fuel doctor so we went in today flushed the tank and ran polished diesel throught and cleaned the filter for now and it runs so much better now and yeah the diesel was contaminated it was a pale white colour but now it's all nice and clean so I can stress less for now . Now just to sort my plugs out Thanks guys

So I filled up this morning from dead empty at my local bp All good drove for about 15mins and then BAM my water sedimentor light came on showing water in the diesel :-( I got home and drained the filter to see how much water was in it and I my heart sunk I half filled a power aid bottle with the contents of the filter And it was what looked like half diesel half water I have the understanding that diesel is not as heavy as water because it's not as dense But the contents of the bottle contained what looked like diesel on the bottom ( browny coloured liquid) and the top looked like waterery white coloured substance ??? I know I can dilute it with fuel doctor or diesel power but they cost money I don't have till I get back to work next week so I'm after other ways to get the fuel sorted Any one shed some light on this

Time for update been busy looking for work etc I hooked up a multi this morning to see how long they stay on for they do after glow till its up to temp which I don't think it needs so I am gunna hook a switch that also illuminates some time this week to see If it helps the new set I put in life's span If they burn them still I will have to get a co2 test done on the coolant Because it may have cracked the head which is supposedly a common courier problem It does seem to use a bit more coolant then I would like it to Although I can't see where it is going so :-/ So will keep y'all posted
  14. Try holmwood high gate they do all the alluminium work on trucks they have a pretty high standard but there always looking for good welders
  15. Mate to be honest jump on seek would be ur best bet I'm a sheety by trade and most places ive seen really want trade papers Can u tig? Also what have u been ally miging? I know one place worth a shot but doubt they will sign u off
  16. Mate when I said mig welds were not appealing I said that from one welder to another and from a customers point of view aswell it's not a personnel attack moreso advice for criticism to come . I personnly think for the price ur manifolds are it is a steal I would go one of these before I went Chinese but I'm making my own so it doesn't bother me either way . As for the welds on the latest pics they do look a lot neater which is appealing to a lot of ppl and even if not scene u have piece of mind u have a relatively good looking setup That's my 2c Gl with it

  18. Some of those welds do looked miged up which isnt very appealing but as they said for the price I Spose u get that for some ppl these manis would be a good option for other ppl that can make there own probably are better off to . Either way if they work as they should who gives a shit

  23. Yep that's oil feed oil DRAIN will be a bit bigger diameter hole and won't have a tapped hole As for fittings don't know u may need to get some one to come do it

  25. We use the Lincoln stt welders at work the exact same ones they ate also really good for thin metals aswell I've welded 1.2 ss with them at work they are a good machine when ur familiar with them Nice job
