  1. I hope u plan on upgrading a few things before aiming for 250 rwkw ? Like for starters Ecu Injectors / fuel reg/ injectors Coil packs Afm for starters
  2. I just posted on ur plenum add bud . If u need one of the plenums I have when u pick it up I can hook up consult and set ur timing aswell and run for errors etc

  8. There could still be a dud coolant temp sensor there it may just not do what it's suppose to be doing . If u have a spare swap it just to be safe and rule it out

This ^^^^^^ was my next port of call hahaha But as posted above CAS Afm coils and ignitor can breakdown from heat U can test the CAS by pulling it out leaving it plugged in and turning it by hand . U will here the injectors pulsing and be able to see coils sparking also But after re reading the first post ( I tend to skim a lil hahaha) I would start with the iac valve an then go from there
  10. Have u checked the timing when it starts playing up ? I think it maybe CAS related or maybe even something like coils or ignitor

  12. I have an exedy cushion button clutch in my car it's an rb20 with over 200 rwkw I have done a few exedy clutches and never had dramas That's not to say I haven't heard of it happening just never happend to me But wat setup are u running on what ?
  13. Hmmmmm interesting well yeah I would lean towards vacuum leak still... I don't see how oil pressure would stall the car and if something was blocking the pickup I don't think it would be as forgiving as it has been ... I would get an aftermarket gauge ( a good quality one ) and see what is going on with the pressure And make sure fuel pump is working properly
  14. Has it got an aftermarket bov? Does it vent to atmosphere
  15. Have u checked the main fuses in the engine bay ? I had a similar issue and it was that one of the main ( engine) fuses had a crack in it and was draining the battery I put a new battery and alternator in and all it was tha bloody fuse hahaha

Give the boys at SPOT ON PERFORMANCE @ randal st slacks creek Ask for Andy or danny they are personnel friends of mine They have both worked on And built rbs and will be able to help u out mate if they can't they will tell u next best option Also as chocco said go to Efi to get it tuned they are good with rbs
  18. Sounds like a boost leak or fuel delivery issue Check ur accordion hoses ( rubber intakes ) they maybe sucking shut and chokeing it out . They should not be able to suck shut Also cooler piping and and vacuum lines for splits or poor connections And check fuel pressure at the rail And timing of the engine And post results when done pls

  21. Exaust looks good man liking the photo updates :-) What cut angle are u using to put the kinks in ( not lobster bends) are they 10 degree?

  24. A mate of mine has been fabing plenums for a few years now And runs of a general design of 4 inch at the front tapering down to 3" at the rear and has never had a drama with them
