  1. Has anyone got a template to make a partition for the pods on a 32 GTR? The car is a real slouch on hot days thanks to the under bonnet temps & my efforts so far have been average to say the least:uh-huh: Cheers, Mike.
  2. If only you'd driven as many women as you have cars:rolleyes:
  3. Good point - but your going rate of $160/hr usually involves handling more tools than a screwdriver & a ratchet:lol:
  4. Pitty you guys can't put your minds to something more useful than taking the pi out of Joe - how about working out this weeks' lotto numbers for me instead:D
  5. The things you see when you dont have a camera:uh-huh: It seemed to happen in slow-motion but imagine Joe falling with a look of terror on his face because he thought he was gonna lose the old flapjack:lol: Then he gets up, laughing his ass off (so was his Dad & my wife) with a gob fulla pancake:lol: Sorry you had to get injured buddy because it was a classic! Very very keen to go on more cruises like that. Well done all. Cheers, Mike.
  6. Thanks heaps guys - especially Joe for telling everyone - you'll keep mate! Boostzor - wasn't me - just someone else with good taste!

I'm going but prolly only spectating.
  8. Thanks for the replies fellas. I will go get me some of the prescribed oil I think as per most of the posts.
  9. I'm sure it's been asked before, but can anyone tell me what you should put on these after cleaning? Also, what is the correct way to clean them? Cheers, Mike.
  10. Great stuff Brett - your new beast looks awesome. How are you enjoying it compared to your other Skyline? BTW - did you get my PM about insurance & if so did you get a quote through them?
  11. Hmmm...well if we are to continue as friends I will be forced to review my opinion of WRX's:uh-huh: I must admit that the first thing that I noticed with the MY01 onwards was how light the clutch felt so I hope that a manual doesn't cause you any grief mate. You have to bring the car around to show it off.
  12. I think you'll find he invented them...
  13. $550!!! You sold the R34??? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo:mad:
  14. Isn't it clockwise to retard & anti-clockwise to advance?
  15. Yep - it is the wire loop at the back of the engine near the silver ignition-module-box-thingy - says so in the Service Manual for my car anyway. A mate tried the same on his R33 & got the same results. A very reliable source indicated that you will get maybe a couple of degrees difference in your readings from here when compared to measuring straight from the wire going to the coil itself - but who wants to stuff around taking covers off, etc. Hope this helps...
  16. If they give marks for typing errors you will get a high distinction:lol:
  17. checky beotch
  18. I don't think they allow WRX's Chris:shake:
  19. You might be OK there Chris:lol: I got mine through a broker. Insurance is with Elders. If they will insure me, you will just about get it for free:uh-huh:
  20. My opinion (for what it's worth:p ): Everyone is right - the "original thread" is that we all love Skylines:D Lets all shake hands, crack a coldie & reflect on the good job done by Rev210. RESPECT, Micko.
  21. I'm no expert, but: Check your sent items & message tracking (I think these are the right names). These will need to be cleared as well. Easy way to see is on the main index page if you look at the bottom of the screen where the shortcut to your messages is, it will tell you how many items you have in 'folders' as well as any unread messages. Hope this helps.
  22. Well done mate:D I recall saying 'put you money where your mouth is' a few weeks ago about the drags... Well - now you have:eek:
  23. :uh-huh: Nice line - well done mate.
  24. At the risk of stirring the porridge, may I present some dyno comparisons for my/R34's old car (some of you will know as Buffy): PSI 169rwkw/226rwhp Myaree 219rwkw/294rwhp Still got the printouts if anyone wants to see them. My vote is the dyno at PSI. I just got some more work done by Brett & I am very particular about my car (as most of us are). Please don't let some bad experiences affect our choice of venue as it won't be the same if everyone isn't there. My 2.2c.
