+1 to custom. I would think that 2in would be fine for RB25DE as my L24S is 0.1 of a L smaller. Or have i gone too small?, or carburettored vs EFI should have different size exhausts?

unless there's something seriously wrong with your car, you'll make it on one tank. just feather the throttle slowly going up hills instead of flooring and you'll be fine. I drove to geraldton in june (via coast rd). If i can make it from duncraig > geraldton on one tank (60L) with a carb that hasnt been kitted from new, no injector cut off on decel/ o2 sensors etc then you should be fine or your car has problems.

What's DOT and SAE stand for? SAE has something to do with standards yeah? i have replaced my windscreen recently so mine will be different.

+1 to drift nut, correct. the other way it can be done is plumbing the turbo into the carb, which needs some mods to jets to not lean out.

i have a C210 Series 1 Aus Spec Steering wheel here if you need.

Rubber grommet between the radiator support and coil (passenger side) that goes from engine bay into the guard. Also the little clip that holds the bonnet stand onto the radiator support. The sun visor clips on the ceiling that clips the sun visors up. Centre console? plastic clip that holds the two steel spring/rods together that lifts the boot. its right in the middle, white thing. how bad is the front bumper? cigarette lighter if it still has the rubber bit on it so it's not loose in the hole. the passenger side cover underneath the dash, covers the fan blower. I'm sure there's more will go and look at the car tomorrow.
