  5. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...opic=60387&st=0 These things are supposed to be good.
  6. A few years ago, but I came home one day and my 3 year old 12,000km on the clock RGV250 had been stolen... Uninsured! D'oh. Hoping for a speedy recovery for your baby.
  7. And the distributor...
  8. has anybody asked what fuel this was done on? not sh|t stirring, I just can't remember seeing it and I'm not going to re-read the whole thread...
  9. Pretty damn long by the look of it?Are these things done yet? If so, I guess you lost my address. Because I havn't seen diddly squat.
  10. I got my approval, contacted J-spec and was told basically. "Fux knows when it will get on a boat. They're all full." :hellpisd: Oh joy, gonna be like last year when I finally picked up my 33 on Xmas eve, 17 weeks after I bought it in Japan. :boohoo:
  11. sheesh! what fuel pressure? 100psi or something?
  12. Oh man that sux if it is as bad as I am reading it. Makes me glad that I have an import approval sitting here on my desk for the VR4.
  13. still interested in the tail lights if you can post pic's
  14. How badly scratched are the tail light lenses? Take $100 incl postage/freight for the pair to brisbane?
  15. Somehow just having the link the these fella's in this thread didn't seem to be enough. But they are not as big as they look, that's the dude's sleeve on the right of the picture. Still big enough but!!
  16. AHHHH, go find a supra forum to play on. :flamer: (run's away from fireball and hides petrol can) :flamed:
  17. I have a K&N panel in my stock airbox. Looks stock and works better than a pod without a partition and cold air intake. A very basic but worthwhile mod for R33s is to get rid of the 2 stage boost. The easiest way is to get a small piece of pipe or a barbed joiner and pull the hoses off the boost control solenoid and join them together. No more 5psi/7psi staged boost. 7psi all the way. Don't just replace the two hoses with a new length as one of them has a restrictor in it and without it boost would probably rise to a level that would mean turbo rebuild time... For a free mod you won't believe how much difference this makes to your car. More details available in a thread in the tutorials section.

    Farkin Knobs.

So what if he was 40something? I am and I know what a skyline is... There's a 1998 one parked in my garage and a 1989 VR-4 Galant in Japan waiting for dotars to stop sitting on their hands and send me some paperwork so I can ship the danm thing (it's for the wife). The guy was a knob because he was a commodore driver, not because he was 40.
  19. There's no ciggy lighter, wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole! Hey, makes as much sense as some of the posts here.
  20. Yeah, Sk's 20 cents is worth about $2000 in real money. Actual photo of Sydneykid.
  21. Yeah, it works even better if you have a rear washer nozzle that happens to point the wrong way i.e. straight back at them. anyway I've had my licence since 1979 and I still get d|ckheads doing all that sh|t, tailgating is my fav' but. If I can see theur headlights under my boot spoiler than they are too close and get the washer treatment. Hmmmm evil brain working, must rig up am extra washer bottle with a low mounted squirter and fill it with some appropriate fluid... something like "used" beer. mmmmmmmmm stinky
  22. Hell yes to that. Here in Brizzy we are in a REAL bad fire risk situation at the moment and I must see at least 5 DICKHEADS a day flicking butts out the windows. With everything so dry at the moment that can destroy someones house or even kill people with the fires they start. I have pulled up beside a couple of them and yelled in their window "DIDN'T THAT PIECE OF SHIT COME WITH ASHTRAYS DICKHEAD?" For maximum effect do it at the lights where lots of other people can hear too.
  23. You're kidding right? An RB25 will put about 175-180hp to the ground stock. Mine has turbo back HKS exhaust, K&N panel filter, FMIC and 10PSI on the stock turbo and has been Dyno'd at 227.2 RWHP. A SAFC and a little tuning would push this up round 250 easy as it has stock ECU and runs as rich as a Packer over 5000rpm.All up it's cost me about $2K for the mods and I am currently saving for a PowerFC because I'm not all that happy with the band-aid SAFC approach. Use your head pal, listen to people who know more than you... or don't, it's your money you will be pissing away.
