use your standard rb20 mounts and the mount brackets which bolt onto the block. r33 mounts wont work

Can someone please confirm for me that both series one and two rb25det both have the exact same inlet manifold in the way that they bolt up to the head and the injector holes are the same distance appart with both series. The reason why i ask is because i bought a chinese greddy plenum and the injectors dont want to sit properly without damaging the seals, and its a tight fit when i try to sit it over the studs that go into the head. Just need to know so i can throw this piece of junk in the bin and buy a decent one.

hmm just bought a greddy copy plenum and one of my injectors is about 1mm off from one of the holes in the plenum and is stretching the seal a bit when the rail is bolted down. Fingers crossed i don't get a air leak or i wont be happy. Some advise. make sure everything fits before you paint your plenum because i dont think ill be able to send mine back now if it leaks.

For sale is the motor out of my ceffy that i wrote off. Motor has 15X,XXXkm's on it. Timing belt was replaced at 100,000. Runs smoothly. Was compression tested about a month before it was written off and showed good comp on all 6 cylinders. Parts not included are turbo, computer, injectors crossover pipe, engine mounts. More suitable as a replacement motor due to these parts missing. asking $700. Will part out accessories seperately if requested, eg starter, alternator, a/c compressor, afm, p/steer pump. series 2 rb20 tps sensor and plug is used in wiring harness. No oil leaks, rear main seal, rocker cover gaskets and spark plugs done recently.

I have bought a set of jjr cam gears for my rb25 det to replace the vct. My problem is that when i removed the vct cam pulley on the inlet side there is only one bolt hole and one keyway which doesnt line up. Am i doing something wrong??? here is a photo of my cam gears to confirm ive got the correct ones.

if you want to use a different rack to a31 you have to swap the pinion housing over if possible because the lines go into the rack differently. Don't f**k around like i did. get yours reconditioned for a few extra bucks to have a good as new rack that you know will fit with no worries
