thanks for the replys guys, i think im just going to cop it and see if they offer me with the 1 point deal for 12 months and lose your license for double if you lose that point or whatever it is. whats funny tho is i was pulled over two weeks ago by a cop thats known to be the biggest P plate buster, he straight away asked me to open my bonnet, he then searched my engine bay for a turbo & other illegal mods, so i was happy to show him, he sees a standard rb25de, i told him i get off my p's soon so im getting a turbo then, he laughed and said well your one of the few that are actually doing the right thing! he seemed happy and let me off for having bald tires, he said get those back tyres changed and goodbye. after all the other shit i could have lost my license over im goin to lose it over failure to display p plates. awesome. i would have been happier to lose it if i was doing something stupid. /end rant

hey guys, just got pulled over, i drive a r34 na 4door, and am losing 3 points/fined $119 because my tint is too dark to see the p plate on the back window even tho its factory tint + vicroads admitted they f**ked up when they designed the new green p plates. has any one else copped this or know anything about it? ill most likely be losing my license over this since i dont have enough points to take the 3 should i bother arguing over this, or are they going to tell me my tint is too dark.

ive just come home from a 30min drive on freeways, almost home and i had to stop at a round about, whilst in tiptronic mode, i came to the round about, car into 1st, as i was rolling the car jumped and stalled, every other time it seems like its almost stalled but today it did. ive tried cleaning the AFM, or maybe im not cleaning it properly? can someone please tell me the how and what parts i should be cleaning

im currently having a similar problem, i drive a 99' n/a 34 auto it started a while ago, i was driving and i noticed when i had stopped at a red light my car was idling at a lower revs and the car would feel like it was about to stall, i then lightly tapped on the gas and the revs dropped car almost stalled, all warning lights came up, revs went back to idle someone told me my afm might be dirty, i gave it a bit of a clean and i didnt get that problem after it but it still seems to be idling at low revs, its kinda like when you hold a clutch just over friction point and you'd feel like you were about to stall im thinking of changing my coils, but would it fix this problem ?

when i first got it.. and received clear indicators and eyelids today! i dont have any side on pics yet, so you prob cant tell but its a 4 door!
