Iv bought and installed several of these cheaper ones off ebay. Eonon ones. Iv had a coupla glitches in 1 but apart from that they have been pretty decent. id reccomend the double din as the trouble i had with the other single din screens was the slide/motorized bit not working well. The 1091 model iv found to be great- albeit it is a cheap option to high end items and doesnt have large amounts of sound customisation...
