Poor guy. I feel sorry for him.
You can say what he did and didn't do.. but we dont know what his skill level was. It could have been his first lap out there...
Rusting out.. I aint heard that before. I have owned 3 89 imports.. Not a spot of rust on any of them.
I suppose its where they come from and who used to own them. Buyer beware etc etc.
lol and blitz.
nothing will happen to the brake pedals feel. My pressing the brake pedal the lights will come on which will drain any excess power in the car (in theory).. You could just as easily turn on your interior light, or your head lights.
a few people here are old friends, but there is alot of newbies to the clan.. Dont be scared come along when you can and say hello. Its scary for about 5 minutes, but once you meet everyone its all good.
heheh
its okay.. you still have a jap car.. you can come.
I just thought it would be fun to see some of the old crew.. if no one is interested consider the idea scrapped.
Don't blink at me.. your not invited unless you buy another skyline...
"andrew not have a skyline.. pfft when hell freezes over"... famous last words! haha
I am about to invest in a american random orbital buffing machine so hopefully with a little practice I should be able to get the same professional results my self. These machines are good as they make it very hard to burn the paint.. (maybe i should practice on someone else's car first).
That said I am considering getting someone to do the WHOLE car.. see if I can get it nice and clean. The poor girl has had alot of attention to performance of late and not to the outside.
Is anyone interested in coming to a old school SAU reunion dinner..
Would be a bit of work to organise as we would have to track down and convince some of the old school Skyline Krew to come along. (should not be tooo hard)..
Of course everyone would be welcome!!
since we are a car club no winging on the location.. I was thinking keiser stubn in terry hills as its a nice drive, a nice area and top food.
What say you peeps..
you know if we moved it to a wednesday night and you didnt come you would be in for a whole world of pain! yeah drop me a line, we might still be around.
Man we HAVE to do a dinner at Totoya In neutral bay.. with beer (japanese of course)...
is there parking at this place?? I dont remember seeing a car park!
Also I think we should all meet somewhere first so that the newbies know who we all are.. Would also be good to know how many people are coming so we can get a table big enough..
ibthisallgoestoshit.
and mmmgtir.. wash that VB wife beater before you rock up. It was vile last time.
and mona.. your a piker.
The reason this is required is because some cars have different gear patterns. I know when I drive a car for the first time I check the H pattern. Some cars like supras and what not have the reverse on the far left instead of the bottom right.
This is why when you buy a nismo gear knob it comes with the little sticker.
