those are the very same simex tyres.. I had trouble trying to drift that last corner, the car just comes in and understeers or oversteers. By the time I figured it out they got shitty with me for drifting. Also took out ABS for this day... makes a big difference on track when you get used to it. I had HEAPS of fun on the hairpin getting some very nice drifto around that, but alas the simex's are well and truely FARKED! I had no traction out there so drift was the only option. I think I will have to sit out on the next track day to get the tyre situation sorted. Franky has video of me sideways up the top of the track, so I cant wait to see that.

Yeah actually dino thats half an idea. The race brakes where nice but the ferodos pulled you up very very fast at EC.

Yeah I think I will use the bendix on the street and swap out the front brakes for track days with the RB's. Just that RB's on the street squeal to much.

Just a note for doing it your self. At times the filler cap for the gearbox is a biatch to get off. I had to use a braker bar to get my one off, if I didnt have a hoist I would have had a hell of a time. I would get your local mechanic to help. Will only take a few minutes for them to do.

Just checked it out it has skyline gt-r 89 onwards. Is that the same as r33 gts-t? Says the model is DB1170 Front DB1220 Rear

Hey all. I want to give these bendix brake pads a go. (I nuked my rb's at the track yesterday) So my question is What are the part numbers for skyline r33 gts-t bendix ultimates front and rear. Because I called my mechanic and his supplier said they dont do ultimates in gtst only metals and premium.

Unique Autosports have it, as do Croydon Racing Development (but I dont know if croydon is open saturdays)
