on the topic of easily bypassed, i would say most factory fitted alarms are easy to get around. They would all be installled the same and once a weakness if found the car is fair game. If I was buying a wrx I would not get it with an alarm and have a custom one installed.

I used these for a while.. Horrible tyres.. I would agree with your rating.. They just had no grip! I have Dunlop Lemans tyres on at the moment.. They have pritty good grip but just dont allow me to put my foot down and under heavy breaking they dont grip and just want to lock up. Dunlop Lemans Dry: 4/10 Wet: 4/10 Falkien Semi Slicks (forgot the code) dry: 7/10 wet: ?/10 (never drove in the wet with them) Once warm they where okay, good grip through the twisties. I agree with what duncan posted up above.. I dont think many of us have tried out really really decent tyres.. (ie.. 500+ each) Nenxen Compliance tyres Dry: 0/10 Wet: 0/10 Symex Compliance tyres Dry: 4/10 Wet: 2/10 These tyres lasted 7 trackdays at eastern creek.. I dont think they where good for my driving as using dodgy tires makes you to aggressive with the wheel.. not a good habit to get.

I barely post in the public sections of this forum.. the last few times I have I have said 1. I dont go to autosalon in australia because I dont like it 2. I dont like the language people use on the forums. It makes communication very hard and makes the skyline community look like boofheads. 3. When in this thread I suggested GTRS_rule start his own forum. I feel sorry for the guy. He is so passionate about his chosen sport, but here no one (with all due respect) cares. Just look at the footy thread. he is almost the only poster. Would it not be better to get all his enthusiasm and put it to good use. Starting a forum is easy and all the people who love the game as much as him can build a new community. lol.. been called a few things.. never closed minded. Can see how my post implies that I am. I suppose that everytime this show is on I have friends and colleages who go and always say there is nothing to see. So I just write it off. I would rather go down to watch GT production or something else. Sure they are part of car culture, but not a car culture that I am part of. I have never been.. will never go.. to an australian autosalon. Tokyo autosalon was awesome, because the cars where tastefull.. The mods where different and bleeding edge. Australians dont do much of the bleeding edge stuff. Most of the cars at autosalon have just had fancy paint jobs. Sure it takes talent, but their is little of the owners personality in these cars. They are mostly just paying someone to paint it up and then they display it. no offense to those who have show cars.. feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Its a nice place to live.. unless you work outside of the beaches.. then it sucks.. Transport is shit house, roads are horrid. Its a nice area, but it has its short fallings.

The northern beaches has become pritty dodgy.. I shall let my fellow local northern beaches homies know.. A mate had his rims taken from belrose the other week, another mate had the car cover on his cosmo pinched in davidson.. Scary stuff.

I like that first tattoo. I have been wanting to get one for ages, but keep changing my mind on what to get. Yeah if your AFM is busted your car will try and compensate but your fuel usage will be out of wack.. I would definatly get it replaced sooner than later.

i dunno.. i know a few places where you cook you own and its not cheap.. but this is just a pub with a big grill.. just figure a less formal dining expirence might be fun and entice more people to come.

I have only ever seen like 4 stock skyline exhausts.. hahahaha. i would just change the exhaust tip to something less obvious.. a two barrel style system. Just change the rear muffler and if he pulls you over tell him its stock. Like he would know any different
