  1. Because you haven't included a picture, I assume they are these http://www.z1auto.co...35sedanrear.jpg And, because you didn't state a colour, I assume...white...?
  2. After a bunch of trouble with my V35 sedan: * When bought, mismatched tyres all round, various states of wear * Offset all wrong, alignment stuffed: tramlined like a little so-and-so, steered like a barge I had the staggered Arthur Exchange 18" rims machined (to correct the offset), all new rubber, full balance, alignment and suspension/steering setup done. Lasted 8 months before I somehow suddenly got a bent rear passenger rim, and on inspection, 3 of the 4 tyres were delaminating. Time for this setup to go. I'm very out-of-pocket at this stage. * Bought some used 18" 350Z rims, with 50% RE040 all round. * Had them balanced and fitted "Floaty" driving feel, looked like the tyres were "stretched" on the rim (225/45R18)....lasted 4 months before the rubber was worn right down. Oops, now I need rego. And 4 new tyres. Right now. * Settled on Nexen N8000 (yes, yes, they're no P-ZEROs) for $135 each shipped (235/40R18). * Had them fitted by the local guys in my suburb, balanced, and a 4-way "supardupar with laser beams OMG!" alignment done Done 500km so far, and they're quiet, steer nicely, and I hope my tyre saga is over. Or else I think I'm being divorced! :-(
  3. For example, how about what B2 Auto Designs have, per: http://www.b2autodesigns.com/index.php?cPath=49_95_121_662_883 ...?
  4. I am not precisely sure of the rules about naming suppliers here, but I use and recommend Hills Motorsport in Castle Hill. That's maybe 10km from your "Parramatta area" requirement.
  5. Please: do tell how! My V35 sedan is very much out of whack due to tyres/wheels, and I have been quoted many, many hundreds of dollars to have the recalibration (to within +/- 1kmh) done.
  6. I just got my new headunit put in by "Owen in Cronulla" ;-) via Chris Rogers. Car: HV35, 2001. Factory: BOSE double-DIN with 4 speakers and subwoofer. Steering wheel controls. Aftermarket in Japan: Mitsubishi TV and navigation unit. Replaced with: basic Clarion unit with USB iPod interface. The Works: Replace the controls/centre dash section with Japan-imported parts. Now I had a 1-DIN hole for the headunit and a 1-DIN pocket, topped by a little flappy/pockety section replacing the gash where the TV was. (Had to give up the dual climate control function, which I never used anyway. I suppose I could have ordered some other replacement buttons set? Such is life!) Cabled the USB female connector to the centre console glovebox. Plug in a standard iPod/iPhone cable for some Apple action. (The Clarion has silly controls for iPod, and the "use iPod's controls" function doesn't work for me, but I haven't really debugged that yet). Hooked the Clarion headunit, via adaptor, to the BOSE 4 x speakers and 1 x subwoofer. And once I have the extra-extra adaptor, the new Clarion headunit will be controllable by the factory steering wheel controls. Very happy. Minor debugging to occur one day when I next go past Cronulla.
  7. Wing mirrors, including motors and loom, both sides? Mine don't adjust outwards beyond a very narrow angle, and also don't tilt (properly). There is **some** movement available, but just not full motion in all directions. Dipping in reverse partially works. Silver v35 2001 sedan as you may remember (emailing you about the other works to schedule in asap). …any idea how much they might cost!? I'd better not write myself up for too much cost! :-) Ben
  8. Amazon won't ship these to Australia: did you have them sent via someone in the USA?
  9. Roughly that area… …silver sedan… …custom plate with the letters "GTR" in it…
  10. Given that I **suck** with regards to understanding the brake clearance/guard clearance between Coupes and Sedans: is this the magic combo of wheel dimension that fits the V35 sedan as well? 5x114.3 18x8 +30 offset
  11. I do indeed recommend (for my V35 300gt 2001). Was fitted straight in by the NRMA man. Engine catches nicely, first time very time.
  12. And, so.... could you please put up the correct photo(s)? Most people want to see the actual photo(s) of the item so they can be a little more assured that they exist, are in good nick, etc.
  13. Uhhhh....... The photos show: 18x9.5 and 265/35R18 tyres. So: is your post correct, or the photos?
  14. Following up on this, for a V35 Sedan (2001, 300GT). The stock Yuasa (factory original!?) battery was toast after a small...incident...yesterday when driving from Melbourne to Sydney. (Ran out of fuel 800m from the bowser, then forgot to turn off the headlights when pushing it around). After browsing this, and other forums... ..and manufacturer/retailer sites.... ..and calling companies that were mostly closed due to the public holiday.... ...I got the NRMA Battery Service to come and with the NRMA member discount, had a new battery installed for $140. Details: NRMA 2384 "Premium" CCA370 "RC55" (no idea what this marking means). 3 year warranty 10 minutes to install and test, and it starts like a demon now. Also found, in the battery compartment: a 50 Yen coin that the car has a dealer-fitted electrical "anti corrosion" system, which runs current through the body to ward off rust. (!!)
