Mines not a Stag but i have been running stockies with Tein Springs 40 drop front 25 rear for several years with no reliability problems , my R34 corners better than my mates who have coilovers . Only problem i found is spring binding and rear bounce due to short travel of the stockies being compressed all the time , i have now put Bilsteins in with tein Springs and its better again , one big thing i can say is coilovers have a ridiculous short lifespan and are illegal as f**k hence why i stuck to struts .

Spot on mate i agree , dont let your rims get so dirty that the brake dust bakes on hard from water and heat . Sprays are totally unnecessary .

What are you wanting to clean - face , barrel or lip is it made of aluminium , steel Is it polished lip , chrome face , painted lip and face , what finish do you have BE MORE SPECIFIC FFS . I use Megauires Aluminium polishing cream with a polishing cone for lips any spray on products do not clean heavy brake dust of at all and can damage paint Best is use a sponge

Yeah in that case give Kings a go , i have heard they are as close to factory as possible Teins are slightly stiffer , V Spec compared to Non V Spec

6 months ago i had stockies with Tein lowering springs - $ 300 - found the rear of the car was bouncing due to the short travel length of the stockies , So i bit the bullet and have new Bilsteins $1100 with Tein Lowering springs , ride is great a bit harder than stock still comfortable 40mm drop at the front and 25mm rear , with no body roll . Im like you, i will never have to adjust suspension again also was sick of coilovers short lifespan and of course the illegal coilover factor with my other cars . I think you could do better than king springs , what drop do they give

Custom pipes are the way to go , but aren't you still restricted by the turbo outlet ?

Are you running HPI Dumps . if so what front pipe you running to get good flow Thanks mate .
