So got the turbo in the other day. Manifold was a major pain in the ass but. Still need to get a banjo bolt to hook the oil lines up and blockof or bypass the water feed (precision is oil only) though. Exhaust is in and hooked up PSteer resivour had to be relocated a bit to clear turbo piping

OK so as most builds go I brought a rolling shell just for the Teins in it (to go in my coupe). Few days later Ive worked out its preety streight/rust free for a 93 and a spec M JDM. by now I couldnt part it ouT and scrap the bare shell so I looked for a cheap motor/box to slap it together, sell her and hopefull not loose to many $$..Found a bent shell with a built auto and stock rb25det (no hot or cold side) for a good price. Went to check out the condition and inds 260 cams, miles of head work etc... so this build just got a little out of control. Being a manual shell getting an auto Ive put the auto wireing harness in, from the 2dr donor, and modified it to suit the 4dr. Most of the body is now sorted, Got S2 front and dash, Coupe Backseat (cleaner look then the 4dr) and the box and short motors in. Still to fit the Prescission 5858, FFP & Front mount. Sort out a Fuel system and ECU. Oh and all this is going on in the driveway (got another 10Yr project in the garage lol) Starting Point Sisters :-) Rewire in Progress While shes not my first Project shes the first turbo Ive built so its going to be a steep learning cuve so I figure what better place to document everything as I go.... anyway Ill post some more pics if the rain ever stops Leith

Yea but the whole front is s2.

Resurrecting this thread again as ive started a S1 build. So far ive found:- Rear speaker mounts (plasic bits) are different. Fronts are the same Door mirrors are different...the outer bit that moves when folding apears the same but the part that bolts to the door is different. Front and read screens are different Rear bar and pods are different Areals the same but the bracket on the botton is about 2mm different length Boot plastics. Sides and rear are different. As is the brackets o the tail lights that mount them..I dont have a floor to tell yet. Battery covers the same but Parcel shelt is about an inch amd a half deeper Rear seats are different but can be made fit..I replaced the panel behind the seat with a coupe one (had to straighten it somewhat but it gave me the height of the hooks the back of the rear seat locks into). Then drill out the spotwelds of the 2 outer hooks and rerivet to the new height...coupe back seats are a bit narower to so youll have a 10mm gap down each side. S2 coupe headlights drop straight into the S1 sedan (weird cause they dont fit properly in a S2 sedan) Coupe locks can be used all round but the boot lock needs to be striped down to just the barrel Carpet. The only difference is the location of the strips on the side rhat hook on and the coupe has the 2 holes where the front seatbelts attach to the J shaped bar thingy Rear wipers are interchangeable to Thats all I can think of for now.... PS my dash harness was hacked up so ive put a coupe one in...tail lights, blinkers, interior light(triggered by back doors), rear windows and areal etc worked. But central locking needed wiring in.

Stripped a 33 gtst a few weeks ago and just pulled the pump from the tank. Not stock but looks factory...im thinkn nismo
