G'day Guys Did first 5000k Oil change yesterday with Valvoline It was first time after i bought the Car. so do not know What was in previeously. Few things are diffrent, 1. Feels smoother on low RPMs (I guess it's obvious) 2. Bit more of Valve noise when cold. 3. Oil Press stays arnd 2 - 4.5 ish Any1 else tried this oil? Cheers !

I'm having similar problem.. but i'm lil confused if it's same problem as mine, engaging the clutch meanning foot off the pedal right? how much was it for the labour? is it something that whole transmission has to come off?

Thank you for the reply guys. Hope you all are havin chillin sunday. Yeah noise stops when i push the clutch in... So i guess it's not a too serious problem? also i realised there is fair bit of noise when i'm driving as well... How do you check the level for the transmission oil? Cheers !!

G'day Guys ! I bought a R33, picked it up from dealer Yesterday Morning. I'm quite new to skyline...had one previeously but not for long. This afternoon I put the car in the garage for general clean up. Then i hear weird noise coming thru, I put the gear in the netural and let go of the clutch. it's a grinding noise coming thru, Sound like bearing worn out but It's not that loud but it bothers me at the same time. I think there is bit of vibration coming thru the gear knob as well when i'm driving around. Any idea of what is happening? , Please help ! If you think you know what the problem is, is this a serious problem?

HaHa Thanks for the replys guys !! Oh, I will quickly explan what is going on, I purchased a skyline off a dealer. ( I think I got good deal out of it haha) She is a beauty, and i would like to get alarm installed while the dealer is organising rego.. and etc, getting few other things done on the car as well so I would like someone to go to the dealer's garage. otherwise i have to arrange a transport somehow.. by the way. spoke to Chris this arvo, he no longer does the mobile jobs... Sounds like he is the bloke to speak to about these things but yeah.. any 1 else?

G'day Guys! I finally found a GTR wing and paretly it's on GTR boot. The seller claims it is direct fitment on GTS-T that what i know as well but i have few questions. 1. Are the break lights just direct clip on as well? 2. Unfortunatly it has GTR badge on it and i would like to take it off, is the badge just bonded on or is it bolted on? , I don't wanna leave any holes on my boot :@ p.s I would most likely to pay about $650 for it is that too much? G'day guys. First question would be, what turbo does stock r33 s2 have? (Please give us good details size, brand,... etc) the Second question is.. I already purchased my car and one thing came across my mind. It is a 98 R33, It had HKS Air filter. I hear the air - induction noise is quite loud, compare to other ones that i driven. Is this issue with wastegate? or is it just the nature of a HKS Air filter. I had another r33 skyline with a K&N pod filter before and induction noise wasn't loud as this one. Done a compression test with this one so i guess it's not leaking for the engine, and i also thought if it had a screamer pipe it should of been louder? any thoughts? Cheers !
