HI there, My stagea has started making a really strange noise through the exhaust. It only happens around full boost when it's about to shift gears (rarely from 1st to 2nd though) it's a low pitched rolling noise (fart) and if you feather the throttle it will maintain the noise until it shifts. It sounds really wrong! Getting a dump pipe, front pipe and high flow cat fitted tomorrow, so I might get a look when it's on the hoist. Any ideas?

Yeah, been keeping an eye on Yahoo.jp, nothings come up yet but I'm sure they'll be on there eventually. Decided now to go for the spring option just due to the price. Got a quote for 4 new springs fitted for $700 in Artarmon, seems a bit pricey? Can anyone recommend somewhere to get the springs done?

Thanks for the help guys. I think the coilovers may be the way to go, just so I can get the height perfect. Took one of the wheels off to get some pics of the shocks and wheels (the wheels are going on ebay) and it was a P.I.T.A!!! The socket wrench in the cars toolkit wouldn't fit into the holes on the 5ZiGEN wheels! Lucky I hadn't got a flat tyre, although it was pretty stupid not to check it when I bought the car. None of my sockets here would fit, so I had to buy a new one. BTW Houdini, I think my bonnet is definitely weighing me down too, any ideas where I can source a dolphin one? In answer to your question on other mods, all I have is: - Fujitsubo Legalis - Custom Dump (purchased but not fitted yet) - Grill Insert (any idea on what it is?) - Aero Kit (without driving lights unfortunately, if anyone has any idea on where I can get these?) This is my first post, so my apologies if I stuff anything up! I bought my Stagea in November last year and love it, great fun to drive! My problem is that I've just moved house and my garage has a bit of a crest and the car is a bit too low to clear it (i'm getting snagged on the cat) so I want to get it a bit closer to the stock height. It currently has Impul suspension on it and it handles really well, nice and smooth over pretty much all my local roads. My local suspension place said they can just swap the springs out to get some more height out of it.... As I have never really done too much with suspension (apart from a 5inch lift on my old Toyota Surf hehe) I was wondering if this was the way to go or am I going to have to look at selling the Impul set up and going for a whole new set up?
